An above average Casino RV park with concrete roads, pads and plenty of shade trees. There was a problem with the Wi-Fi while we were here so we had to go to the hotel to get online. We looked at other parks in the area, and this was the best of what we saw. Our site was 'compted' so the price was right. We would stay here again.

A typical Casino RV park. Nothing special but a decent place to stay while visiting the Casino or other attractions nearby. Not a family RV Park. There are no amenities for the kids. The concrete pads are long enough for a 40' coach with a toad but a bit close to your neighbor. And there is train noise but not as bad as some parks I've visited. You will be charged daily for the Wi-Fi service then issued credit. We had difficulty getting one of the charges removed.

Pass this one by. It is advertised as an adult, extended stay park for buses, motorhome and high-end 5th wheels. But the Owners have disregarded that to get any renters. Generating cash flow is more important to them. The rate I paid is a discounted, monthly rate. The park is under construction with limited amenities: no bathroom or shower; unfinished laundry; limited Wi-Fi access; crushed concrete roads and pads; and no private yards as advertised. The Owners have no RV experience and the parks layout shows it. My hookups were located near the front of our pad making for a long hookup. And the 3 page rental agreement your required to sign: not worth the paper it's written on.
