Conveniently located to downtown Nashville (approx. 15 min) and right across from Opryland. Very quiet where we stayed (site 433) since there was plenty of open land around us. Felt the prices were high compared to many others where we stayed in other places, but then it's Nashville and we love that City. Only drawbacks: no Wi-Fi for a couple of days and the ladies at the office were not very responsive to phone messages and because of the flood last year, our electricity connection went bad and our coach was over 90 degrees when we returned from sightseeing. The maintenance men got there immediately though and took care of replacing the damaged connection.
We really enjoyed the couple who ran Duckett Mill-Grace and Clarence. They were so hospitable. Even came with their son to help us get our new TV up and running with the antenna. We were in Site 81 which was huge and right next to a jetty where we watched beautiful sunrises. It's in perfect proximity to many great places (Helen, Dahlonega, several state parks) and Gainesville is only 7 miles away, too. The only drawback was no sewer connection, but for the money, it's the best deal around.
