Very nice park with lots of nice touches such as a great gym, super nice pool/hot tub, clubhouse, tennis courts, etc. The park is however very large so make sure you book near the facilities that interest you. About the only negative I can find is that due to the size and quality of the grounds that means there is usually a lot of work going on. Leaf blowing, mowing etc. Even concrete pads and compactors running so make sure and ask before you book a site if there is going to be construction nearby.
This is a first class park with beautiful sites and great landscaping. It is a fairly small park but the location is great and easy to get to Destin for shopping and eating etc. The staff was friendly as were the others we met while here. The sites are fairly close but well protected by shrubs on some sites. This is a really nice place that left me wishing it had a workout room of some type. I booked my return trip here already.
This is a great park that is very well kept up. Sites are all brick pavers with a nice mix of well manicured full timer spots as well as rental units. They do allows travel trailers, 5th wheels and motorhomes. It also has a nice club house and laundry room. The pool is great and if you go walk across the street to Cortez kitchen for breakfast at least once. The "fitness center" is really just a stationary bike and a elliptical. A treadmill or a multiple station resistance machine would have been nice. They also escorted us to the site upon check in and even hooked up our power cable and water. A real first class place for sure. The best one I have ever visited. Plus its only one mile across the bridge to the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. I also highly suggest you try Beach Bistro for a world class dining experience while in the area. Reservations are required and yes it is pretty pricey but well worth it. Ill be back to Holiday Cove RV Park for sure.
This is going to be a really nice park someday and the parts that are finished are first class such as the new pool and the paved sites near the lake. Many of the sites and roads however are still dirt as of this writing and the check in process is a room off the back of a house near the entrance as opposed to a typical office. The lake is beautiful and the pool are highlights at this point. If they keep developing it it will be first class in another year or so.
This was our first visit here but we will be back for sure. This place is BEAUTIFUL and the staff is great too. The entire place is kept really nice and even the lot owners are not allowed to stay all the time which keeps the sites looking like a RV resort as opposed to a full timers park. The grounds are kept very nice too. About the only complaint I can think of is that that wireless is a bit slow at times on the internet. This is one of if not the nicest places I have ever stayed and I will be back for sure.
This is a very solid campground for a KOA. VERY clean and neat and the staff is constantly cleaning the grounds of trash etc. Even tiny pieces of paper are quickly picked up. I had a pull through site which was plenty large enough for my 37 foot Class A with room to spare. The sites are spaced nicely and the location is good too. Easy in an out plus close to sight seeing areas. Pool was clean and the laundromat area worked well too. The lake is small but nice. Overall a very good place but of course not a luxury RV park but then I didn't expect that. I would stay here again.
This is a very nice/first class park. Everything in the park is nice and new and the grounds are VERY well kept. As mentioned earlier picnic tables would have been nice for eating outside on but that is about the only fault I could find. Beach access is right across the street and due to the location in regard to the rest of Panama City Beach traffic around the streets is very light. Internet access is free and usually worked very well. We used the Good Sams discount and stayed for 7 nights. I will be back for sure.
This is exactly my definition of a quality RV park. Lots of trees, grass, pool, and it was beautiful. Staff was nice and the grounds even better. Also there was not a lot of people that looked like they lived there with junk all around their RV like I see at many parks. In fact I didn't see ANYONE that looked like that. All the RVs were nice and the sites were kept up nice etc. I love this place and Charleston was very nice too for sightseeing, dining etc
This was a nice park and the staff was VERY friendly. The only negative I can find is that the park is new and did not have many trees. So it is mostly like camping in full sun exposure. Otherwise everything was very nice. I will go back for sure.
