This place was a joke. The man behind the desk didn't have any money to make change. He said we could pick up our change in the morning. Together we came up with the correct funds. The electrical connections were past their prime. My husband cut his hand opening the box. Basically this was pretty much a dump. There was a strong sewer smell. There was a train beside the campground but that didn't bother me. We would not stay here again.
Several old mobile homes in this park along with numerous, run down travel trailers. This park is very old and run down. The site parking width is only 12 feet from patio to wall. Our 36ft fifth-wheel had to drive across a sidewalk to squeeze into space. There is free Wi-Fi that worked fairly well. Said to keep off grass: but there was none. We would not stay here again.
This park is old with alot of full-time old rigs. It was dusty, with mosquitoes. We had to pay $2.00 for each of our two small dogs and $3.00 per day for Wi-Fi. The hook ups are terrible. The good thing was they gave us a large site at the back, away from the highway so it was quiet. We only stayed one night and if we ever come back we'll try to find something else.
Very nice fenced dog run with gravel, however our 8 pound Shi Tzu could run under the gate. No ice machine to purchase ice. Great access to the ocean. Sites were tight.
This is a beautiful campground with very large sites. The trees and landscaping are beautiful. The sites are gravel. They have a large fenced dog run. The staff who registered us were friendly. The campsites were very well maintained. The staff were continually cleaning. The park was quiet. We were on a two month vacation and this was my favorite park. I plan to definitely return and stay for a month.
We camped in spot 4 which was all gravel and appeared to be one of the newer sites. There was a highway just a few feet away and a grocery store. I think it was a hang out for teens..cars with boom box's blaring. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The park is one street long with a very run down mobile home park on one side of the street that is not a part of the park. I would not stay here again.
The staff were friendly. This campground had no picnic table. It was a RV park surrounded by a storage facility and was all concrete. The dog run was pretty much an after thought..tiny and really not usable. There was a landscaped area about 4 ft. wide between each RV. Wi-Fi worked great. Would not be my first choice to stay again.
This was a great place to stay for one night. Stopped on our way to Colorado. There were nice gravel sites and overall was very clean. We would stay here again.
They have wide sites. There is a clubhouse for activities. The landscaping is beautiful. No mature trees but lots of beautiful flowers and a nice fenced dog run. It's very clean. Activities and just a half mile to Rio Grande river. This was our second time staying here. We paid a weekly rate. There are two sections. One is a resort where there is ownership (very exclusive), and the RV park is separate. There are many beautiful bronze sculptures and a beautiful entrance.
