Great campground for an overnight or several days. Outstanding view of the river and river traffic. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. We stay here every time we go by.
Older park with quite a few "permanent" guests. Good park for an overnight. Staff is very friendly if you are not pushy. If you are friendly, they are friendly. Sites are "okay" but not great. We would stop here again.
Good park for an overnight. The Interstate is close but if your windows are closed it is not noticeable. Roadway is a little narrow but not a problem if you are patient. You get a discount for a second visit. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We would stop here again.
Interesting park. I would not wish to stay here during a music weekend. Also, would not want to try to find a site after dark. Site locations are somewhat haphazard though they are level. Restrooms needed cleaning. Good enough for a night stopover. Would stay here again.
Fully agree with the previous post. Plus, very clean restroom and showers. While winter is just ending the park could use some maintenance. Namely, mow the lawn and fill the pot holes. One item I would suggest also is to move the more permanent residents to the back of the park. Would definitely stay here again.
Good park for an enroute overnight. This is an older park that needs $$$$ spent for updating. Water and electric works fine. Showers and rest room are well maintained. Some sites are not very level. There are better parks in Nashville for a longer stay. Rate reflects Good Sam.
Older park, very well maintained. Very friendly hosts. A little tight for big rigs but still manageable. Agree that this is a good spot for visiting Columbia.
Great park. Very accessable for big rigs. Many sites are 60-80 ft. Asphalt roads and hard packed sand/gravel sites. There were many 36ft+ motor coaches in the park. Friendly staff ready to help. the grounds are in great shape. Thousands of trees but none low enough to touch our coach. Used the free Christmas light tour shuttle and the $10 shuttle to downtown.
We have stayed here several times on our way through Tennessee. This is an older park that needs some TLC. The sites are mostly level though narrow and the interior roads need lots of work. The restroom and showers are very clean. There are a number of permanent residents but most are in a separate section. The park is showing the lack of good maintenance. Not a destination park and too far from Nashville to compete with Nashville parks.
Good park for a stopover or a visit to Memphis. Good access to all attractions. A little hard to find the campground sign among the dozens of other signs. Clean campground with clean restrooms and showers.
We have stayed at this campground several times while traveling through. The new owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The restrooms and showers are very clean. Great park for one night or an Asheville visit.
I agree with the previous comments plus the campground office has been completely remodeled with a new roof, new doors, new floor and a new paint job. In addition the restrooms have new floors, doors and paint.
This is a good park for an overnight or short stay. Park roads and sites are paved. There is some concrete damage but it can be avoided. Water tastes fine, and the electricity was fine. Ran A/C all day in 105 deg. In Nevada, if you don't water it, grass will not grow. Restrooms are cleaned occasionally.
This is an excellent overnight spot on a highway with limited parks. As stated the sites are not level but are concrete and okay. The staff is as helpful as you want them to be. There is a small!! pool and hot tub. All of the amenities of the Hilton Garden Inn up the street are available. We use an air card so internet is quite good.
