This was our second time staying here, and we only came back because it was close, and we were able to reserve the only big, grassy area. However, when we got there, someone was already in this spot. The owner said he could show us some other spots to choose from. However, we already knew the other spots were very small. He put us at the other end, right next to the road, and across from seasonals who never put their dog on a leash. The owner apologized for the "mix up". However, this was not a mix up. It was my reservation not being honored. We will not stay here again.
Very friendly employees and a great campground! The weather was almost 100' so swimming wasn't all that refreshing, but the pool and restrooms were clean and nice. Large, level sites too. Close to town if you need anything, but a little too close to the highway. Overall, an excellent experience and we will definitely camp here again!
Sites were very tight and small, and it was literally right next to the highway. It is a former KOA site. We did not use the pool, however it appeared clean. We will not stay here again simply because the sites were too small.
Sites were a little small, but we went during the year when not many people were there. Very quiet and had nice views. People were friendly and it was close to shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.
This was our very first camping experience and we loved it. Although we have traded in our Class C for a 5th Wheel since we realized we needed more space. The sites were huge with plenty of grassy area for our dogs. It was too chilly to swim, but they had activities in the club house nightly. Would stay here again!
Very nice resort a short distance from Highway 70. Although you could hear the highway at times, it was not too bad. Very nice couple runs the campground and takes care of it nicely. It has mostly seasonal guests, however they do have nightly rentals, which do not have any shade. We will stay here again.
