Rate reflects monthly. We have been here a few months now. Overall the park is nice, quiet, well kept. The wifi was messed up from the big windstorm and they refused to do anything about it. I finally just got my own through Charter which was a good move for me. The cable is good. The office staff tends to be rude to long term tenants. I have experience rudeness as have I witnessed them being rude to others. If I worked in an office and was rude or used profanity to the customer I would be fired but the manager seems to not care. When there is a problem the office staff reply is: call the manager. Nice to stay overnight but they are not as nice to long term.
We stayed here for 3 months planning to stay long term. After 6 weeks the water turned bad - smelled like rotten eggs - tasted horrible and felt horrible on your skin. The city came out to flush the system which the managers said would take care of it but it did not. Talking to residents was told it would get worse as winter came. City worker said the owners has been given plans of how to fix the problem (it is closed which has something to do with the water not circulating right) but refuses to fix it. We would have stayed if not for the water. We loved the park -it was nice, people were nice, Wi-Fi was great, the price was great. The $10 a night reflects monthly with senior discount. It is mostly long-term people but the ones we met were nice. As I said, if not for the water we would still be there.
We stayed here for a month. We choose it because it was close to the Escapees park. It is about 8 miles out of town, but that was fine with us. There was some traffic noise but quieter than here in Quartzsite. The office staff was great, the park was very nice, the people very friendly, great Wi-Fi which was free. The only reason I gave a 9 is because of poor cell reception and the water. They really can not do anything about the water but there was R/O in the kitchen. Cell phone reception is poor (lost a couple calls) due to the nearness to Mexico - Verizon and others do not want to put a cell tower any closer. I would recommend this park to people. We did not use the pool or spa mainly because of allergy to chlorine.
We stayed monthly. The first month was $225, then it went down to $175 with electricity at 19 cents kwh. The park is probably half long term and half transit. We had no complaints about the park except for the water pressure would vary from low to high. The Wi-Fi was excellent: never had a problem with reception or staying on. There is a laundry in the front of the park, but is also open to people outside the park. Everyone was nice from the manager to the residents, including long term folks. If we ever go back to Quartzsite, we would be open to staying here again.
