This is an older RV and mobile home park that recently changed ownership. It has a lot of large oak trees that give good shade on most sites. The camp site we had was difficult to back into with large oak limbs overhanging the site. The sewer, water and electric hookups were at the rear of the campsite requiring extra length electric cable and hoses. Extra care is required to avoid damage to big rigs. The park residents and staff are friendly. Recreation facilities were available. Discounts were applied to our registration fee.
The park borders a large lake. There is access with a dock on the water. Campsites are ample sized and we used a pull through site. The facilities are very nice, good laundry and rec room. They had activities for guests. Some sites are soft after rain but they have the concrete patios. We liked the WiFi throughout the park. The rates are on the high side but you get what you pay for.
Nice clean RV park with many sites with park models. It was a little hard finding a site we could back our big RV into without difficulty. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a lake but I did not see any available camp sites next to the water for short term camping. Park is located off a busy highway but it is reasonably quiet. We visited this park twice in 2014.
The sites are large enough for big rigs. The trash containers were conveniently located. The park was clean, grassy and well mowed. It was far enough off the highway to be quiet, yet close to markets and shopping areas. The only negative we saw was the roadway was deteriorating in some spots. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.
