The spaces for RVs with slide out are very small. The park is next to the main highway and a mall so it is a little noisy. The shade trees are very nice but can cause problems for satellite users. The Wi-Fi comes and goes. The people in the office said they have problems with their network system. The place is clean and neat in the front of the park but the back and sides need improvement. This is a good overnight spot but I would not want to spend any length of time here. Don't think we will be back.
The $20 was based on a month stay. This is a very clean and well kept park. The people are very friendly and willing to help you in any way. There is a great outdoor pavilion and fire ring where everyone gets together for games and fellowship time. We will be back!
We stopped for just overnight but really would like to come back and spend some time in this RV Resort. Everything was very clean and the people were very friendly and helpful. The sites were paved and leveled with the view of the mountains the best of all. I will be back.
We stayed the month of May in this park at a cost of $640 for the month. Gated resort area and very secure and maintained. The pull throughs could be tight if you are longer then 40' Close to Arches National Park and the Colorado River. The only down was the cotton wood trees are a little messy during the spring time. We will return to this park again.
Very friendly atmosphere. The area is very clean and well maintained. The drive and sites are all concrete with easy setup. The lower sites have 10x10 utility buildings on each site to store anything from chairs, bikes and even motorcycles. Has a fire ring next to river and a outside fire place set up for a location to gather and fellowship with other RVers. Even the wood is provided next to the area for easy access. Would well recommend a stay here.
