Great KOA! One of the best I've been to! Great activities for kids as well as adults. Staff was great! Restrooms were very clean. They even have family restrooms, those are great. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was spotty and if you have AT&T then you won't have cell service. Other than that, it was a great campground.
Very nice campground right off i-77. Place was very clean, staff very friendly. Only two things that I didn't like: no water pressure in shower and there were bees around cabins but they went away towards the evening. Other than that, I really liked it here. Highly recommend. Oh also I did not like the fact you weren't allowed to have ground fires.
Ok, KOA outside Toledo, Ohio. Even though it was May, they still had activities available for the kids such as hay rides and ice cream socials. Restrooms were clean but needed to be updated. Everything just looked old. Owner came to our site just to show our kids little baby chicks that they had. Very friendly. Sites were shady if you asked for one. Roads were dirt and very bumpy. Store is very well stocked, surprised on how much stuff they had. They even had a good selection of liquors, wanted to try the cherry rum but we got rained out and decided to leave. Good times.
This is a great campground if you have kids. There is a beach, a swimming pool and many playgrounds within the campground. We never used the pool because it was always full, but there is a beach here also that the kids can have fun at. They also rent canoes and paddle boats. We had a great time here, the only thing I didn't like is how often the restrooms were cleaned. It seemed that no one checked them between 10 PM and 10 AM the next morning. But when they were cleaned they were spotless. Overall we had a great time and probably will return.
Excellent for a state park.. Has nice shady sites with great pads for tents. Hosts were very nice. Has nice clean bathrooms with hot showers. Only downside is that they have a beautiful beach with amazing landscape in the background, but if you are not staying the "A" loop, you have a good, long hike to get there.
This park is great if you want to camp somewhere near Niagara Falls; they were about 10 minutes away. There is a Tops grocery store 3 miles away. Everything was easy to get to. The owners were very friendly. They had activities for the kids like tie dying shirts and a root beer social. There was also a wine tasting for the adults as well. We will definitely come back here anytime. The store was also very well stocked. There is a playground and a pool but the pool wasn't open yet. There was also a giant chess board.
A very nice park. We came here last minute and although they had no more tent sites we still stayed at a full hook up site and it was nice. Wish they had more meats in the store but they do have a diner and a pool and plenty of things for the kids to do. Great for an overnight stay.
