This is a fairly clean park ,and they do try to do well, but do not advertise you have wifi when most of the time it doesn't work. So since there is absolutely no phone service, it would be nice to have communication with the outside world. We will probably be back because the restaurant and the staff are wonderful. Now you can go to the hotel and use their courtesy phone, which is nice, but I would prefer reliable wifi. The pull throughs in the Whale section has the worst wifi. So pick your spot carefully. You cannot beat the location.
This is a very nice park, with fairly level sites. The office has a pool table and ping pong. The staff is very friendly. Not that Elko is an happening place, but this is the place to stay if you happen to be in the area.
This a clean park, but very dusty. Staff leads people to their sites, going quite fast. I think this park is overpriced for what it is, but I think all KOA parks are overpriced. If you have to stay in Wyoming this is an okay place to stay.
You cannot beat this place for the price. It is a small, back-ins only park, but very clean. Has a huge pool and spa. We had fun playing shuffle board and pool. The other guest, most come for the winter, are great people. This is not a resort by any means, but it is within walking distance of downtown, against the mountains so no wind. Word of caution 40' is the largest coach they can take and it can get quite crowded in the winter but still one of our favorite places.
This is a beautiful RV Park. We got a great winter rate because of the 20% discount, but doubt we would stay here when the rates are $85.00: ouch. Beautiful ocean views and we lucked out with great weather. As the previous post says, there are no restaurants, et al around here some come fully stocked. Regarding their drive through spots: you must unhook your tow vehicle first. I thought this quite unusual. Otherwise a very nice park. You cannot beat the view.
While this is a clean and friendly park, I think at $50 per day the Wi-Fi should work at your location. At least put an antenna on the roof or offer buster antenna's for your rig. It is a real pain to have to go up to the office to use your computer at this price. They also have not re-graveled since the day they opened so it is not that level. Also, please note that this park is really in Littlefield, AZ but only a mile from Mesquite and the only nice park in the area.
This is a very nice Park. The staff is wonderful and helpful. I would give it a 10 if it wasn't for the trains at all hours. It really didn't bother us, but I can see that it bothered others. It is a great location to Downtown Morgan Hill that has great restaurants. We will definitely stay here again. I do think it is a bit expensive considering the train traffic. I do think it is strange that the most expensive sites are the closest to the train tracks.
We have been to this park numerous times, and I must say this visit was the least enjoyable. This is a nice park, but we got moved around before we even arrived, and they had us down for the wrong days. We had to move during our stay and the the quality of the place was slipping a bit. Would stay again, but agree they are very pricey for the quality of the sites
How anyone can rate this park a 10 is beyond me. While the staff is nice they are uninformed, they sent us to four different sites that were suppose to be 50 amp and were only 30 amp. We finally find a 50 amp site but it is so uneven our computerized leveling system keeps going off all the time. They are so unlevel it has cracked our corian counter top. The trees are beautiful and the location is great, but needs serious updating and $35.00 fee for a month of wi-fi is a rip.
Great park with excellent staff. Great showers, warm and sparkling clean. Our Wi-Fi worked great, a little slow when the park was packed but otherwise better than most parks. I agree that the TV channels are lacking. In our six months on the road this is one of our favorite parks.
This really is a 10 resort with every activity you can think of and the place is spotless. Plus the $15 golf is great, but, the Wi-Fi for the price is the pits. At 11 bps for 1890 sites is slower than a modem and you get dropped out all the time unless you use it a 3am and for such a high level resort you think they would have better service available for their quests. This is still the nicest place we have ever stayed on our journey across the United States heading east. They were very accommodating in getting us spot after a week for an additional month because of weather.
This is a very large park with mostly overnighter's and rally's. There is not much near the park so it is quite a drive for supplies. It is very clean and the free oranges are a great touch. We would definitely stay here again.
Even though this is an older park it was just great. Very clean, great staff, great guests. Has a big pool and a spa that is open late at night. 40' is the biggest motor home that can be accommodated and thats what we have and had no problem. Best part about this park is that it is close to downtown Palm Springs and no wind. We will definitely be back.
While I think this is a nice park, I think the ratings are a bit high for what the park is. The restrooms are clean, the laundry room has new washer/dryers and the whole park is clean as a whole. But it is old, it needs to be re-paved and the pull through sites are very uneven because of the tree roots. The sites are nicely shaded but narrow. We blew circuits about 4 times and the Wi-Fi would not work in all areas of the coach. We would stay here again, and staff is very nice and helpful.
