Sites in Area A are very tight. Had Area A basically to myself and had to move 3 times just to have room for my slide out and able to hook it. You need extra long hook up lines. Park has a playground and 2 pools...one indoors - nice. Very close to Guadalupe River attractions. Park advertises as family friendly but at every turn you are confronted with notices of the things children cannot do. They have a nice rec room but everything comes with a price and don't let your children anywhere near the pool table or you'll be advised children are prohibited from playing pool. If I go back I definitely will not stay in area A again and I will plan activities for the children outside the park.
Just off I-37 and about 45 minute drive north of CC. Park appears to be older. Non-paved sites. The only negative is sites are very close to each other. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of Peacocks roaming about-outdoor pool-very large playground area-family friendly-lake access. Active train tracks only a couple of hundred yards away.
