Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice sunny spot but yet trees give privacy. Some sites right on river with trail to walk. Close to town. Clean restrooms. We will stay again.

We planned on staying one night but liked it so much we stayed two. Sparkling clean restrooms and laundry room. The managers are very helpful. Close to outlet mall, small lake to walk around and within walking distance of a casino that had excellent restaurants. Excellent WiFi and cable TV. Will stay here again.

Very welcoming park. Handy location off the freeway. The shower rooms are older but clean. We would stay here again.

We stayed here one night on our way home from a three week vacation. This is a family run park and they are extremely welcoming. They gave us our choice of sites. The bathrooms and laundry room were clean and new. Cable TV and WiFi were excellent. There are long term renters but they were all newer units and neat and clean. The park was quiet at night except for some nearby freeway noise. This park is right on the river but handy on and off highway 99. We would stay again when we pass through Bakersfield.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The sites are on a small hillside and step down so you don't feel quite as close to the unit next door. There are trees between each site. The bathrooms were updated and very clean. We came after the office had closed but the person on night duty came to greet us and showed us right to our site. He was very friendly. Good cable and excellent Wi-Fi reception. This is in a handy location with a gas station that also offers diesel right down the road. We will definitely stay here again.
