Park needs a lot of care and maintenance. Sites had with tall grass, and some with rocks large enough to turn an ankle when walking to your door. There were children next to us who dug a big hole on their site throwing dirt on our RV in the process. The sites are to close together for fire rings yet each site had fire rings which had been moved several times. Rarely do you see staff on the grounds working to make the park nicer. The office seems to keep strange hours (never know when it will be opened or closed) and has none posted on the door. This could be a very nice park, but it will take quite a bit of work to get it in shape. Apparently, from what other campers told us, there was at one time an Amish village on the grounds. However, this village was torn down in order to put in a pool and cabins. The pool and cabins look nice, but there are many other improvements that should have been addressed first in order to make this park presentable. It is listed as a resort but I don't understand why unless the pool makes it a resort. An improved laundry would be a great start in the right direction. I was very disappointed when we arrived because it certainly didn't look as the website described.

This is a beautiful park and well maintained. The sites are well spaced, some shaded. The staff could be a little more welcoming to arriving campers and provide park information without being asked. The only negative I would offer about the park is that they charge for WiFi.

This campground is very crowded and difficult to find enough room to park tow vehicle with larger rigs. If the park has WiFi, they keep it a secret because on the information given to us by the office, they only have dial-up in the office. The sites were too close together for our preference and I didn't feel safe with the fire rings so close to the rigs. Another problem was that you lose cell phone service once you enter the park. The pay phone was out of order, so the only option was to drive to higher ground. This is definitely a family campground because there were many children running all over the place. This park is perfect for pop-ups and tents.

The park is very clean but has very high rates. Fees are charged for cable and even pets. I never fully understood the pet charge because we, as owners, fed, picked up after and cared for our own pets. The cement pads and paved roads were great and makes it easier to level rigs. No shade and it's a little to windy to use awnings for very long. No weekly rates and by the time all the fees are added, you're paying over $60.00 a night. We thought the park was very nice but didn't see the justification for the rates. Most of the staff are very nice and try to be helpful, however there are a few work campers that need a little more training with people skills. Some were very unfriendly.
