Excellent RV park. Lots of things to do. Friendly staff and fellow campers. Concrete pads are sweet! Very nice beach. Pools were very clean. Only problem was a overzealous old lifeguard who acted like she was a female dictator. We were wondering if swimming was allowed at the pool since she wouldn't allow anything else that might be fun like tossing those soft pool balls. Bath houses were very nice. Our 2nd time here and we will be back! A+!!!

We were all excited about trying this place..wow...it wasn't good. the hookups were not in the correct place. I had to buy a longer water hose. Those covered areas are a pain too. The showers/restrooms were not nice or clean. Sites are way too close together. Arcade and grill not open.. Putt Putt course was full of acorns and leaves and FULL price in off season. Indoor pool was not open at the designated time, and hard to find. Every time you left the park the rent-a-cops had to stop you and question you. Ocean Lakes blows this place out of the water! We will NOT camp here again. VERY poor!

Decent park. Mostly dirt...no grass. Bathrooms were immaculate. Staff was average. One guy was a smart tail while trying to be a stand-up comedian. Not much to do here except for the pool which was very clean. Lots of long-timers. Nice huge flea market nearby was great! Pricey for the amenities and time of year (off-season) Oak Plantation and James Island County are much better in our opinion.

Our 3rd time at this KOA. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathouse's IMMACULATE! Kids loved the jumping pillow and putt putt course. Very few people here this time. Very quiet this time of year. Very enjoyable. We will be back again.

Sites were very uneven. Pool closed at 7:00 pm which is terrible since we prefer to swim in the evening, AND it needed cleaning. Had many leaves and sticks, etc. all over the bottom. Putt putt course had leaves and sticks all over it. Bath house was air-conditioned but needed cleaning. They must have spent the money they used for renovations for the cabins and on the lodge, as we saw no other evidence of other upgrades. The camp store had very little in it. We liked the KOA in Fort Mill (1 exit away) much better and it was $33.00 instead of $50.00.

Nice overall campground. No concrete pads. Bath houses were OK, but NOT air-conditioned... a big minus during a South Carolina summer. Friendly staff. Quiet was maintained. Lots of children..a family oriented park. The water park was very nice. 6.99 per person for campers but don't expect it to be like White Water in Atlanta. It is mostly for small kids and adults who want to relax. Nice small camp store. Needs cable, A/C in the bathhouses and pads to be a 10.

Excellent park! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Sites were beautiful! I agree about the bike paths being dangerous. 2 miles by bicycle path to public beach access. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Nice snack bar for lunch. Bath houses were nice. VERY nice all the away around!

Restrooms and showers were immaculate! Pool was huge and clean. Nice little putt-putt course and the kids also loved the bouncing pillow. VERY nice shaded sites. Nice staff and great quick shop on site. Close to interstate 77 so easy access. Only thing missing was concrete pads and cable. Otherwise I would have given it a 10.

Very nice campground! Manicured landscape with lots of shade and asphalt. The lot we stayed on was a nice level concrete slab. Pool was very clean as were the bathrooms and showers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful old oak trees with moss hanging from them. Only 9 miles from downtown Charleston. Only thing keeping it from a 10 would be the addition of cable.

Very secluded and quiet. The pool was very clean. Restrooms were not immaculate but passable. The area could have used some landscaping work. Very quiet and casual setting. I agree there are many permanent people there which was a turn-off. Close to the outlet malls, Wal-Mart and local huge flea market. If you are looking for a place that is quiet, laid back with a pool this is your place. Nothing fancy just affordable and quiet.
