Nice park and we may return but please be aware of the following. We paid for full/premium sites. They are marked with a Gold Blaze. But NOT all of these sites have 50amps. (We asked for and paid for 50amps). Make sure you check before setting up. TV - Very poor free to air reception. Cable is a nonsense. 11 stations. 1 had nothing on it for the 5 days we were there. 5 were the network stations. That's 5 left. 1 cartoon and 1 weather. That leaves just 3 cable. Then to cap it off cable reception was very poor. So don't rely on TV if you are staying there. Still, it's a nice park but in our opinion not worth the $32 we paid.
Be very careful about the previous reviews. There are two campgrounds. The full hookup loops (Catoma) are very good. Modern, level and clean. The other campground, 'Antioch Loop', is very basic. Many sites are not suitable for large rigs. Trees and obstacles make backing into sites difficult. The majority are not level. Gravel roads have large pot holes. Our leveling was at it limits. Check the site before booking. Otherwise it's a nice park. Good facilities and a good price.
A good park in a convenient location for sight seeing. Easy on and of I20. Warning. Many sights are not level. Some are OK. Even the new sites are NOT level. Far from it. Someone wasted a lot of money relaying them as they are a joke. Our advice is to take a walk around and make sure your allocated site is good enough. We stayed here a week on a site that was just level enough for our motorhomes air leveling system. We watched many frustrated campers trying to get level on sites that should have been better built. Apart from the wayward sites this is a good park with good cable and excellent Wi-Fi at a reasonable price.
An excellent clean quiet park. We stayed here for two weeks and almost every night it was full by 4pm. Phone ahead. Not fancy but it has every thing we needed. We would return.
