Wonderful, friendly park just off the highway, but quiet enough. Large park, small sites that are level with wood chips on road base. Wi-Fi was weak, but Verizon signal was strong. Cable was good. As mentioned, 50/30/110@20, water (tastes great too!), septic, cable. Tends to fill up on weekends, so reservations are a must. Franklin, NC is a nice sized town with all amenities and mountains, rivers, waterfalls, biking trails, hiking trails, etc. Great fall color!

Drop dead gorgeous park! Right on the Appalachian Trail. Waterfalls, rivers, great fall color. No electric at sites; No water at sites. In the cool fall weather (dipping into the upper 20's) a generator is a must (which we didn't have). So, we had to pack it up and go to a lower elevation. Would be a wonderful 14 day stay with a generator. Seems like many sites would handle a large motor coach. Sites are level and have gravel and black top. Water can be obtained easily from the many spigots that are threaded.

A value for an over night stay! It is a well-run park, with pull-through sites for the one night stay. We did nothing more than crash and never disconnected, but were pleased with the amenities and the ease of in-out. Cable TV was a plus at this price! PS., make reservations because this one fills up.

This is a beautiful and well run park. Congrats to the staff! We stayed in E section. The online reservation system is the drawback to this experience. Make sure to specify which site you want. The E section is $10 more because you have onsite dumps. Can handle any size rig. Ours was about the smallest in the park. We wish we had more time to stay and hope to come again.

This was 'Fall Break' in TN. Campground is completely full and sites are narrow and you must disconnect. I would not recommend this for a large rig and would never have come if I knew this was 'Fall Break'. Beautiful park, just too crowded and too tight. Our 23' trailer fit well, but was difficult maneuvering. The park seems well maintained and all sites have 30/50A w/ water and for 10 more dollars you can buy a site with sewer if available. The host seems congenial just harassed with the crowd.
