We just returned from a week at this MH Resort. 1st. week is free. Purpose is to sell lots. We encountered no pressure to buy. Was told when we arrived, if interested in a lot, let them know and they would provide the info. Otherwise, enjoy our stay. Had a sunset cruise on the lake, wine and cheese reception, pancake breakfast, among other perks. Beautiful landscaping, very friendly management, outstanding facilities. We did not purchase but felt welcomed and they ask us to tell our friends to visit.
This is a small park with lots of trees. The sites are a little tight. Location to visit Mesa Verde is great. Road noise is not a problem here although you are on the main road to town. We camped here 2 nights in a 36 footer. Staff was helpful in assisting us to our site. The above rate represents the Passport America rate.
This is a good location to visit the Salmon Ruin, Aztec Ruins, Four Corners and Ship Rock. Staff had limited office hours, but the hours were posted and it was not a problem. Sites were gravel. Pet run area was probably one of the best we have seen. Laundry facilities were good. Would definitely return.
This park had level sites, easy access. It is a very dusty park. Very little grass to be found. Pet Run area was mostly dirt and little grass. Laundry facilities were adequate for this size campground. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location good to tour the Caverns and other local attractions.
Sites were spaced well and level. Some trees. Easy access to campsite. Local attractions are easy to access by taking the bus which stops in front of the office. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We stayed 2 nights.
Easy access from Interstate 40 on west side of Albuquerque. Noise from Interstate can be heard on sites nearest office. Camping World next door. All downtown attractions easily accessible by auto. No pet run. Only 4 washer dryers for a large campground. Stayed there 2 days. Would stay again.
