We are really enjoying this park. Our rate reflects the monthly rate for a corner site and includes electric. Incredible bargain for this area. About 2/3 of the sites are full time residents which seem to be retirees and working people. All sites are kept neat and clean. Everyone has been friendly and seems to take pride in their community. There are plenty of sites for overnighters and short stays. Note: If you don't want to unhook, ask for a long pull-through site. Some are just too short for a 40' towing. The park has a great little convenience store and shopping nearby includes everything from Camping World to 143 stores at the Gilroy Outlets. We come to the area at least once a year to visit family and will stay here again.
We stayed here for a week on our C2C membership. Anywhere else we probably would have given this park a lower rating because it is older, and not as well kept up as some. But in Pahrump location is everything. This park is within walking distance of 2 casinos and less than a mile from shopping. Also, they accept almost all of the discount clubs for extended periods. There are mostly long term residents but plenty of spaces for over nighters. We would definitely recommend this park.
We stayed here with our C2C membership for a week and then extended for a couple of days at the regular rate. They honor other club memberships also but not directly following each other. This is a beautifully kept, wide open park in the high desert about an hour from Las Vegas. If you don't want to make the trip into Las Vegas there are four decent casinos in town. Check out the buffets - especially on 2 for 1 nights. What a bargain!
We stayed here for one night in a motorhome towing. They were able to put us in a pull-through site with fewer trees so we could get our satellite connection. The escort to the site was great since it was a little tricky. Very easy off and on to Interstate 15. I would recommend this park for an overnight or a few days if exploring the area.
This was the most beautiful and relaxing RV park we have ever stayed at. Even without the amenities such as cable, phone, pool it deserves a 10. It is a bit off the beaten track. It is about a 7 mile drive down a twisty river road from Interstate 5 but well worth the detour. If you are just planning to spend a night you will want to stay longer. The sites are huge and although there is no shade next to the pads the river is lined with trees and you just haul your chairs to the trees and enjoy. Whether you enjoy fishing or just watching the wildlife along the river - it doesn't get any better than this. We were there for the month of August and although we were right on the river - no bugs! Word of warning - if you are staying awhile - stock up on foodstuffs. If you need anything more than beer, milk, soda and bread it's a 45 minute drive to the nearest major grocery - north or south.
