Clean, nicely landscaped campground with a friendly staff. Nice heated pool, pond swimming with two slides, catch and release fishing. Lots of attractions 30-60 minutes away. A nice family campground, we will return.

Nice clean campground close to lake Champlain. We had a large grassed site. Cable and Wi-Fi were good. Lots of attractions in the area. If in the area we would stay here again.

We had a pull-through site with 50 amp. After we had the side of the RV rubbed by over grown tree branches pulling into the site, we had a site with broken glass, plastic drink bottles, and dog waste. When I looked at the sewer hookup there was sewage all around the hookup. When I pointed out the condition of the site, they did send someone right down to clean the site. Wi-Fi was on and off with a decent signal when on. We stayed four days and had decent cable reception for approximately 3 hours, the rest of the time it was poor, and we did lose signal all together. All for $58.00 a day with discount.
