First-class facilities include spotless tiled individual shower rooms with sink and toilet. All-concrete pads. Some sites have views. Walk to restaurants; nice area. Free wi-fi worked fine. At the time of our visit, there was no live-in management, and office sometimes was closed during the day.

Office staff generally were professional but we witnessed un-helpfulness bordering on rudeness to one non-English-speaking guest. Some semi-permanent residents had semi-permanent clutter. One had a pit bull. Wouldn't stay there again.

Some sites have better wi-fi reception than others. Quiet pastoral setting but convenient to Kerrville. One of the very best parks we have ever seen.
