We have stayed here many times and it is OK for an overnight stay but would not work for extended stay. None of the sites have sewer hook ups and it is not really big rig friendly. We have a 43 foot RV and it was tricky getting into the largest parking spot they have. The road to the dump station has some tight turns and a big tree limb hanging down low. I had to drive around the tree and back up to the dump station. For the price I can't complain too much though.
We spent a week here and really enjoyed it. The park is located in a beautiful mountain setting and is well maintained. We had a terrace site that did not have cable TV but was told that they are working on it. Other sites have it. Could not get my sat to work but problem was on my end not theirs. The owners are working to make this a first class RV park and it shows. Lots of wildlife wondering through the park. This park is about 18 miles from Colorado Springs which was OK with us but might be a problem if you want to be closer to town. No stores close so make sure you have what you need before arriving. The camp store has very limited supplies. Overall we loved the seclusion and beauty of this park and will stay there again. Would even like to workcamp there.
