Very shaded sites, closest RV park to park entrance, nice helpful staff, fires were allowed when I stayed - they sell firewood.

I've stayed there to do some hiking of the Colorado 14ers. Good location (can walk to town and close to mountains), good rates, and good management. The couple running it try to make a good community atmosphere and have been improving the park as time goes on. I think this is the 3rd year for them. Nice double wide trailer used as a community center. Bathrooms are cleaned daily.

I'll keep this simple - stay away if you can - this is a very overpriced run down RV park.
