Clean friendly park, stop here on the way to Florida and the way home every year. Easy to find, right off Interstate-95. Near town, which shows you with their diners and neat shops some southern hospitality.

People and staff person friendly. Right in the middle of shopping, sight seeing and tourist spots. A little hard to pull out of the park, traffic.

We stayed at Bay Bayou, Tampa area for few months this year. "No-see-ums" were so bad you had to spend most of your time indoors or away from the park. Wear complete wash and wear. If you hang a blouse to finish drying, there is a note or staff person telling you it is not allowed. Not sure if they want repeat business or people staying one night. All the residents appear friendly, can not say that about the staff.
