We stayed here over a non-holiday weekend. The park is nice, although small. It is located near the Old Lewiston Bridge and town. Walking to town takes about 10 minutes. It is well kept and the facilities are very clean. There is no WiFi to speak of at the campsites and our phone reception was non-existent with Verizon. We saw deer come through each evening headed to the river. Fishing is nearby both on the Trinity River and Lewiston Lake. As far as we could tell, there were no pull-through sites. Backing up was a problem as the full time residents park in the drive area. This would be a problem on a holiday weekend as the sites are close to each other. We would stay again.
We stayed during the very busy Memorial Day weekend after experiencing a fiasco atanother park. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The park is an older one with equipment and amenities that are showing age. Other than that, the park is great with lots of trees and is much better sheltered against the wind. The campground is close to the town and Arches NP.
