Very nice RV park. Restrooms and showers were very clean and well maintained. Laundry was very clean and very well maintained. The only negative is that the sites are quite small.
We stayed in a site near the river. There were signs saying not to wash light colored clothes. The laundry was also not that clean. The wireless internet was intermittent at best. They do have an "internet cafe" where you can use a wired connection but it was very busy since the wireless internet wasn't working. On the website, they mention that airport shuttles but it turns out that is only for tours booked through the campground.
Convenient to the Homer Spit but not on the spit. Sites are wide with concrete patios. Not sure of the overall length. There is only one shower total for the entire park. There are two restrooms. Laundry seemed expensive, until we checked the laundromat a block away! There is also a cabin, motel, and fish processor on the property. The clientele seemed to mostly be weekenders from Anchorage--lots of partying on Friday night.
A bit out of the way, but also quiet. We did occasionally hear neighborhood dogs barking. Sites are all in a large gravel area with grass at the edges. Wi-Fi worked well and there was also an "internet cafe" room. Driving into Seward was no problem.
