This Campground no longer accepts Passport America. Without this discount, the fee is a little to much for a overnight stay.

A very nice place, we stayed three nights and it snowed so we went to the close by casino.

This is the worst park in Yuma. Over priced, heavy with rules and hidden charges. At check out time you find out about a charge of 30.00 for garbage and water, the garbage is self serve and always full. The water is salty and undrinkable. There is also a charge of 10.00 for them to read your meter and a added charge of 10 kilowatt hours if the read the meter the day before you leave. Anybody can do better at any other park. BEWARE

If you like the water, this is the place for you. The views are great and the owners are just the best. Lots to do and places to go. Just a great all around place.

Just for overnight, nothing more. Very much over priced for what you get, which is not much at all.

This RV park is listed as one of the diamonds of I-40, A very dull diamond. It has new cement pads but poorly laid out and hard to get into. Its stated as big rig friendly but I think the only reason you see them there is because of the low rent fee. Very loud traffic noise 24/7. We will not be back.

New park in it's first phase of many. Good layout for easy in and out. Very clean and maintained. Close to I-40 at exit 84, lots of shopping and restaurants. The park owners are very friendly and make feel like your staying with personal friends. Will be back.
