We found this to be a very nice campground. It is well maintained and well groomed. Check in was fast, easy and friendly. We were escorted to our site and checked to see if we were satisfied. The interior roads and sites are gravel, lots of gravel and not a lot of grass. Sites are level and spacious. Bathrooms and showers are spacious and clean. A washer and dryer in both men's and women's bathroom. Wi-Fi signal was strong and solid. Close to the main road, but very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
We found this park to be well maintained and well groomed. There is a check-in office with an attendant on duty. The interior roads are paved with gravel sites, lots of space for each site and most looked to be level. There is no water/sewer to the individual sites. There are several water stations spaced throughout the campground if needed, and the dump station is on the way out. lots of mature shade trees and plenty of grass. Located right on a trout stream and the bike trail. close to the highway so there is some road noise. We would stay here again.
We found this to be a very nice campground. Only about 1 block from the heart of the downtown district, so we walked or biked to our activities. The campground is part of a city park. The main campground road was paved, the sites are gravel and most seemed to be level. It was quiet and friendly. No reservations taken, first come first serve. Restrooms were not as modern or clean as we would have liked, although the 2nd set of restrooms/showers at the community center were much cleaner and more modern; they are located at the park entrance. Farmers market at the park on Saturday, and several Amish vendors all day Fri/Sat, so we had lots of fresh veggies and bakery items. We would stay here again.
This is a nice park on the edge of town. The interior roads and sites are gravel, sites are large and pretty level with lots of grass between. The older section has large mature shade trees, the newer section has lots of trees, but not yet large enough for shade. The restrooms/showers are modern, spacious and fairly clean. The Wi-Fi signal was very weak, but was able to connect. It appears that the vast majority of the sites are seasonal and they do not have alot of overnight spots, so i would recommend calling ahead. Everyone was very friendly, quiet and close to good restaurants. We would stay here again.
This is a very nice RV park on the south edge of town, along with a motel. Paved entrance road and parking lot. The interior RV roads and sites are gravel, level, lots of space between. Very well maintained, lots of trees, landscaping and lots of grass area between the sites. Very friendly place, great restaurants in town, paved bike trail next to the park. Wi-Fi works great. The restroom/showers are large, modern and super clean, they are in fact new this year. We would definitely stay here again.
This is a city owned/managed park. The interior roads are paved and the camp sites are all grass, fairly level with lots of shade trees. We did not use the restrooms but they looked to be primitive. Check-in was conducted by a young man who seemed to care less, gave us a list of 4 sites that might be open and to drive by and find one that we liked and to check back and let him know which one we selected. Overall we were not too impressed, but if we had to we would stay here again.
Upon checkin we were greeted by an attendant and escorted to the office for the paperwork, then escorted to our site. The owners and workcampers were very friendly and always eager to visit and help with local information. The interior roads and camp sites are all gravel, mostly level, good space between sites, not allot of grass, lots of trees and landscaping. Restrooms/showers are modern, spacious and super clean. After hours there are entrance gates that are closed and have to be manually opened to enter/leave, kind of a pain but add to security. It is located fairly close to I94 and so there is some traffic noise, but not too bad. Directly across the street is a active rock quarry, so there is allot of truck traffic during the daytime hours. This park is very well managed and well maintained. The WiFi is available only in the office, or very close to the office. We stayed here in a class b motorhome and we would stay here again.
This park is located on a hillside with gravel roads. Most the the sites were fairly level with shade and grass between. The restrooms were ok, showers each had a private stall with change area, but kind of cramped. The Wi-Fi was not very good, strong signal but extremely slow (when it was working). Laundry facilities were nice and reasonable priced. Our site afforded us a beautiful view of the valley and hills across the road. Very little road noise. We would stay again.
This park is located away from the main roads, so it's quiet. The park roads and sites are gravel, fairly level, some shade. The restrooms and shower area is very spacious, but could have been cleaner. Overall it was an ok place. We would stay here again.
This park is north of town and a short ways off the hwy, so it's pretty quiet. Roads and sites are all gravel, large with some grass between. Most have a concrete pad with a picnic table. Restrooms and showers were large, modern and fairly clean. We would stay again.
This park is located right in the town on the main hwy. Big rig parking is parallel around a center island, all other sites are backin around the parameter. Big rig parking could be a little cramped. All the back in sites are concrete and level with grass between sites. Each has a picnic table and lots of shade. On the street side there is a nicely built wood fence that blocks a lot of the traffic noise. The back of the park also has a wood fence which helps block noise from the adjoining rail yard. Wi-Fi is located in the hotel lobby and is free. The restrooms are each a private room with shower etc., and have their own entrance with a keypad code to enter and lock. There are five of them for the RV park and were clean, modern and spacious. Overall we found this to be a nice overnight stop and would stay here again.
The park has large grass sites that are fairly level. The road through the park is blacktop. Easy in and out. No restroom or showers, no picnic table, very little shade, right next to a busy hwy. For an overnight stay, this would be ok.
We stopped here for an overnight stay on our trip to Glacier. It was apparent that they had been flooded by the nearby creak. The gravel roads were being rebuilt. No grass to be seen, all dirt, mud and dust. There was a large pile of rubble near the office, did not see anyone around. We made a u-turn and left.
This is a beautiful park, very quiet and peaceful. The sites are gravel with lots of grass between. Big enough for the big rigs, kind of close but not bad. Checkin was fast and friendly, we were escorted to our site and assisted with the backin. Restrooms and showers were modern, spacious and super clean. A wonderful view of the lake. It is close to the interstate, but did not get that much noise. Wi-Fi signal was weak, but was able to connect and take care of business. We would stay here again.
Check in was quick and friendly. Our site was gravel, level and shaded with lots of space. There is a nice little camp store. Restrooms were clean and modern, but could use a little more attention. It looks like there is a newer section and that restroom/shower building was newer and had more showers with a laundry. This newer section is where the drive thru site are located but there is not as much shade. The older section sites for the big rigs is all back in and very close together. Wi-Fi signal was strong and worked well. There is a great restaurant right across the road with a river view. We would stay here again.
This is a beautiful park. Lots of woods, valleys, meadows, lake, beach and a waterfall. Our site was wooded, very spacious with lots of shade, and level. All the sites in the Twin Valley Loop looked to be well shaded and level. The restroom/showers could be crowed as there are a lot of tent and popup campers. There was a long line waiting to use the one closest to us in the morning. There is a park permit requirement which is $10 for a day pass or $45 for a season pass, so our one nite fee was $32. We would stay here again. In the fall this park would be spectacular.
Check in was fast and courteous. Our site was located in a newer section where the lots are spacious, gravel/grass, level, with a concrete pad for the picnic table. These sites are all back-in, however on the west side there is enough room to drive onto your site from the rear. Because this is a newer section, there is very little shade, but lots of new trees have been planted. Bathrooms are modern, but could have been cleaner. There is a new building for the camp store, restaurant and bar which is very nice and overlooks the river (fair prices). Our Wi-Fi signal was strong and worked well. Our stay was quiet and pleasant. This campground is located at the edge of town, so it's very close to the local restaurants and shopping. Overall this is a nice campground and we would stay here again.
