Great park location to see San Antonio. Right on the city bus route so it was only a 20 minute ride to the River Walk downtown. Also could walk the river corridor trail, about a 5 mile hike to the River Walk. Staff were always helpful. The 'Winter Texans' we met there were all very friendly and made us feel welcome. Park was also right next to a public golf course. Only issue we had was that it was really tight between sites. Had a little trouble parking our truck. We stayed 2.5 weeks and would stay there again.

Good location if you want to spend time at the Kemah Boardwalk. Was within walking distance of about a mile. Also good location if you want to go to NASA. Park is really tight! Not enough room at most sites for both the RV and the 2nd vehicle. Trucks and cars parked in the roadway made it tricky to pull our rig in and out. All sites are concrete pads which was nice, but it was so tight we couldn't step out of the RV onto the concrete - walked down the steps into the grass, which was OK except when it rained.

Clean, older park located in town. It is a good location to get to the Corpus Christi attractions. Felt safe in the park but didn't walk the neighborhood outside the park. I was given a concrete pull through that had plenty of room for a 35 foot RV and truck. Good CATV and the Wi-Fi was generally OK. It had good signal but dropped internet a couple of inconvenient times. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed 4 nights and would stay again.

Small, older park outside of town. Park looks old, but well maintained. Friendly, helpful park manager. Many 'winter Texans' in residence but also had several spots available for the short-term traveler (like us). Good location to drive to the area attractions like Brownsville or the gulf coast. Not far to get to shopping and dining. Residents all very friendly and included us in their pot luck dinner. TV hook up available if you work it out with the cable company. Free WiFi worked well for us. Stayed in a fifth wheel for a week. Would go back.

Small, older park with a good location. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and easy driving distance to anything you want in the Ft. Myers and Ft. Myers Beach area. The park itself is extremely cramped. We were put into a narrow site right next to a giant tree. Felt a sense of relief to actually get my rig out at the end of the week without damaging it or any of the utility boxes or other obstacles they have around. They certainly make use of every inch of space. The way the sites are set up, your door will look out onto the door of the rig next to you because it will be put in the opposite direction. Don't go there if you want any privacy. The park claims to have Wi-Fi but actually you have to pay extra for it with Tengo, $15/week. Didn't have any trouble with Tengo but dislike the practice of add-on charges for something so commonly included at other parks. We probably won't stay there again.

Nice park close to Disney and other attractions. We stayed in the 30-amp area and found the sites to be spacious. Site was just dirt/sand and not level. Park had lots of trees and decent access roads and was good for walking and biking, close to a small amusement park and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Generally decent location for access to all of Orlando attractions. Staff was helpful and friendly. Lots of amenities and activities. Pool was nice but got crowded at times. Only complaint was the Wi-Fi. It was nearly impossible to get on the internet. Staff said that was because 'the park was full' as if that were a valid reason to have terrible service. We would go back again.

Nice, shady park with paved roads and grass/sand sites. Our site was not level and it appeared that you would have some leveling problems at any site. Had a nice 1-mile walking path all around the park. The pool was great, so was the hot tub. (only problem was no restroom at the pool). The park had activities including volley ball, shuffle board and some evening events. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone we met was friendly. Only real complaint we had was the Wi-Fi. It was spotty and frustrating to use. Price included a Good Sam discount but still seemed high. Park is located well away from Miami in the farming region. No place to walk to outside the park. If you wanted to do anything like shopping, restaurants or movies, you had to drive to it and it was always a long drive. We would stay again.

Nice park with a friendly/helpful staff, paved roads and campsites. Sites are fairly close together, but no trouble getting into them. Few shade trees so with all the asphalt, this place would probably be an 'oven' during the summer. Restroom and shower were clean but very small considering how many sites in the park. Good location if you are coming to Daytona for the races. Would stay there again. Rate was Passport America.

Good park to use as home base while exploring the St. Augustine area. There is not much to do at the park. Entire park is "in the woods" with lots of trees and shade, but the roads and campsites are all compacted sand/gravel. There are pot holes in the road and a drop-off right after the office when you go from pavement to the gravel road. Site we were at was not level but not too much trouble to get level with putting board under one side of the trailer. Sites are relatively spread out, and it was easy to pull in. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Restroom/shower were old and small but clean. Would stay here again.

Park is well-wooded and surrounds a lake. There were fountains in the lake, and one is lit up at night - cool. Too cold to use the lake or pool when we were there, but looked like it would be fun in the summer. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Park is older, but all facilities we used were in great shape. We stayed on a site with a concrete pad. It was cracked but fairly level. There are also sites with just gravel, and sites backing onto the water (lake). There is a small diner in the park on the water with very friendly staff. Menu is OK, with burgers and sandwiches. Wi-Fi and cable TV worked well for us. We enjoyed the atmosphere and would stay there again. (Rate was Good Sam rate).
