Fantastic setting, but we were a family of 6 and were charged $4 a night for children 1 & 2 and $10 a night for children 3 & 4 which doubled the cost, which is a real shame as the staff were friendly, the site was great if a little dusty, and the place is definitely worth a visit.
Really nice people, very helpful and gave us a nice site. Lots of permanent sites but they are up the hill and out of sight. There was a campfire meet with good songs and stories. Well worth a visit even if it is slightly difficult to get to, and lots to see in the area.
Very expensive for what was on offer, though the view and staff were good. We were parked between 2 permanent residents, though one was friendly and nice. Compared to the other sites we had visited this was a disappointment.
