Stayed one night at the Good Sam rate. Staff friendly and helpful. The space was very good, cable TV was fine and Wi-Fi worked great. It's on our list of campgrounds to stay at as we travel.

Pulled in after a day's drive through Kansas with severe windstorms in West Kansas. Staff very helpful and nice. A snowstorm was due so we stayed for four days. Everything worked well at our site. I don't know why some campers fuss about trains. It's not like it runs through the town hourly. There was 1-2 trains around 8-9AM and a couple in the evening. The whistle blows about three times and if you have the radio or TV on that's about all you hear. Very easy in and out. They are making improvements in this KOA all the time (stayed here one night in 03/08 also). Most KOA's are tight and cramped. This KOA handles our truck and 5th wheel easily (about 65'). Would stay here anytime.

Very nice park and very nice staff. We stayed here overnight on our way to Kansas. Easy in and out for our truck and 5th wheel (about 65'). Cable TV was good. Would stay here anytime.

This is the second time we have stayed here for a week. The weekly rate is $125, which is $18 a night. It's nice and staff is very helpful. Really didn't notice any freeway noise. There's a Shell convenience store on site and an RV dealership there too. They have cable and you can get WiFi for a reasonable fee, good enough to game with.

Nice folks run this RV Park. They were very helpful as we came in after dark, and he led us to our site. The site was very flat with easy hook up. Since we were staying one night we took the site without sewer. Laundry room was close, and machines were in good shape; $2 a load. It was a warm night in the 70's. The park was easy to find and fairly close to the freeway. We would stay there again.

Nice campground, we found it way after dark. There is a pleasant host, who was very helpful. They are upgrading water so some construction but we were able to weave our way around that. The sites are very big, and very flat. The cable was great. I Didn't inquire as to WiFi as we were only staying one night. We left early the next morning and it was trying to snow. It was very quiet and nice. It is not near the freeway but worth the trip (about 5-7 miles). If you take the loop when you leave, you will come to a Flying J just before you access the freeway so you can fuel up there.

This is a nice RV park with big sites for a KOA. New owners are making upgrades. 50 amp worked correctly and cable was great. It is an old town with lots to see (it's also the county seat). Where we were at the pole had a switch, so we had good lighting to set up and hook up and then turn it off. There is a nice store on site, and the owners are nice. This is a good place to stay.

We stayed here one night. Wi-Fi wasn't accessible at the site we were at, and other campers complained that the Wi-Fi pass code was expired. The new owners are trying to do the best they can. There is no TV, and as of February 2009, if the cable is not in, you'll have to have satellite. Owner is trying to get cable in. The sites were spacious, but we had to do some leveling. It got down to 17 degrees that night. There is a Deli on site with great fried chicken. We would stay there for overnight but not a week or more.

This RV park is just off I-90 and is easily accessed by east or west bound traffic. The park itself is big rig friendly, but the only entrance to the park is not. It has a narrow opening made of stone. This really does need to be removed as two vehicles cannot use the entrance at the same time let alone a class A or truck/5th wheel trying to come in or leave. Hopefully the road reconstruction will be done next time we are on our way through. There are small things that need to be done such as repair a broken window in the west laundry room (which has duct tape on it). A few less boulders would also be nice. It is a pleasant place to stay.

Very pretty area. Pleasant owners. Campground has a mix of 30 & 50 amp. The upper level where there are 11 full hookups was completely occupied (full timers?). The lower level has a one way road and no cable hookup in the five 50 amp spaces. WiFi in the lower area was weak but worked. There was no sewer hookup in the lower level. To dump you have to take your rig around the office. The owners have done lots of work on this campground and it shows. Some curves are a little tight for newer, longer rigs. Trees at sites need to be checked to make sure branches are trimmed back.

Nice Park, very easy to get (just off the interstate). Excellent managers, very friendly. Small store on the grounds with good selection. Site was very nice. WiFi was great & lots of TV channels. Ours is a tall rig so we were careful to check tree branch height.

Rate based on one week cost of $125. Very nice and competent staff. Nice long site and easy hook ups. About 15 stations to watch. Wi-Fi is AmeriSpot which is reasonable for a week and 11MB. They'll even arrange for the handyman to fill the propane and bring it back if you have to be gone. Right off the freeway but far enough back and down from the freeway that there is next to no noise at night. Also has the advantage of a Shell station right there with diesel and easy access for big rigs.

One night stay in March is $42, with Good Sam discount it's $37.80. 1 MB of WiFi. Extremely limited TV selection. Just off the freeway on a frontage road so lots of traffic noise more than the price justified. Staff friendly. Nicely laid out.

We stayed here almost a month. They have 5 pull thru spots with 50 amp full hook up and cable. We were able to get HSI from Time Warner. Staff was wonderful and liked our Harleys. Would have stayed longer but are headed to visit our son and then wander home. Weather was great, usually high 60's to mid 70's, got to 92 once. Very nice to stay at.

We stopped to see if we would like to stay here. Park was half full at best in February. Spaces were a decent size and park is nicely maintained. Has two ex-cop cars just before you go into the park. The lady at the desk was very nice. The man was gruff and not happy that we have Harleys in our Toy-hauler. Since phone was available we might have been able to get DSL, but with no cable TV we decided not to stay.

We are full timers, and without a doubt this is an excellent RV park. It is next to I-90 but it has been bermed along the freeway and trees planted along I-90 to reduce road noise. The main areas of the park are pull-thru and the edges are back in. It handles a truck and 40' 5th wheel fairly easily. 60 cable stations or so. If you stay long term you can get HSI through Time-Warner. The entrance could use a bit of widening due to the fact the rigs are larger now. It actually narrows down at the entrance. Enjoyed our stay there very much.

Good Sam rate available. Very nice park with full timers, and overnight spaces. Staff very courteous and very knowledgeable. Due to the crime rate in LV, you have to be buzzed into the office, and the park has high fencing (very secure). Refundable deposits for gate opener ($50) & pool. We stayed 2 days and got the gate opener. Wi-Fi was free and excellent. Because we play World of Warcraft and use two computers, they even gave us two passwords. They had no problem that we have 2 Harleys. Would stay there again. Saloon was being remodeled so not open at the time we were here. Our F450 and 40' toy-hauler negotiated the park quite well.

We stayed overnight because there is only one row that is big enough with cable & 50 amp. The main part of the park is much older, and for our truck and 40' 5th wheel the only space we could have gotten into easily was taken (by another 40' 5th wheel). The other spaces in the main part of the park are tight and narrow. Staff was very nice. Deming is a flat spot in New Mexico with wind and therefore dust. We ride motorcycles and game so really want DSL or HSI where we camp. This park would be ok if your rig is under 33' and 30 amp.

We stayed 3 months. The Wi-Fi is Tengo, $2 a day and poor signal. We were able to get DSL within a week and it was great. The clubhouse has very slow dial up. About 60 cable channels. There are 3 designated pull-through sites. The slabs need repairing or replacing, and the road in the park needs patching in places. Staff was wonderful, and it was very clean. Very friendly park. Would stay here again without hesitation. A little bit of freeway noise, never noticed the train noise. Able to be outside and chat with neighbors without any problems. Found out is was cheaper rate with Passport American than with Good Sam as the last week we stayed, we paid for just that week.
