I agree with the previous poster about the spaces being very close together. Hookups are "shared" between spaces so you are parked opposite direction with your neighbor and your doors face each other the RV next across from you. I didn't like this set up as you don't have any privacy. The facilities, rec room and bathrooms are nice. There is lots to do. Some of the permanents residents didn't keep their dogs on leashes but they are separate from the rest of the campers. Wifi was free and had a good signal.
We stayed in park while visiting family over the holidays. It is pretty much a gravel lot and was well maintained and inexpensive. It's a good place to stay for an overnighter but not a "destination" park. Would definitely stay there again.
Very nice park by the water. It's set out in the country. They have a nice pool, rec room, marina and restaurant on the water. The folks in the office are great and helped out when our trailer needed repair.
Good place for an overnight stay or a couple of nights. Back in spaces are $25 and pull through is $40, however we were able to pull through into the back-in space. They are small as mentioned in the previous review. Watch out for mud during the rainy season.
This is really a mixed use park with manufactured homes, park models and some RV spaces interspersed in between. Once the spaces are sold to park models there won't be much room left for RV use. This was typical of most parks in the Palm Springs area with the exception of the Thousand Trails, RPI park and Outdoor Resorts. With that said, it is well maintained with a lot of pride of ownership. The wifi at the club house did not work and their is no cell phone service. The folks that run the office are great and overall we enjoyed the 10 days we spent there. The residents were very friendly, one of them returned a $500 camera that we lost at the park. The hot mineral spas and pools are great. We would stay there again.
The park was first rate. The club house set up was great. Friendly folks run the park. I only wish that they had made wider pads so that you could step onto pavement from the door of the RV. They have put bark and plants and we had to step on them to get in/out of the 5er.
This park is beautiful with a park-like setting in pine trees. Some of the sites only had 15-20 amp service. The new owners have closed it until May to upgrade electrical and sewers. Unfortunately, they said that they have to remove some of the trees because of disease. Great location to Pt. Reyes seashore and Tomales Bay.
The park is in a beautiful setting among trees with very wide spaces. They only accept cash and checks which is not very convenient. Beware of their refund policy. On another occasion, we called on the last day of the refund period and had to argue with the owner about getting our money back. She did take care of us. Overall a very nice park and we would definitely stay there again.
This is a pretty and is in a park setting on a lake. We had a pull-through site right by the lake. The park is well-maintained. When we were away from the RV by the lakeshore, they only had portable bathrooms but they were very clean. The park has a lot of areas for large groups and the sites were spaced apart. I would stay there again.
Great park! It's close to the freeway, but quiet. They have continental breakfast and leave a newspaper on your doorstep. We stayed there for several weeks and weekends throughout the year. They give you a weekly rate if you stay the entire week. Manager and office is very friendly and accommodating.
We stayed here with our RV group and had a nice large area. The park has a nice club room and were very accommodating. There are lots of things to do in the area, being on the Russian River, close to the ocean, redwoods and wine country. Great family park. I would stay here again.
Very nice park and well maintained. We used it as a base camp to explore the Monterey/Moss Landing area and it worked out well. They had decorations up for the holidays. Staff was friendly. Had some long term residents and you hardly noticed because the park was very clean.
