New and clean and convenient to down town but with several problems. The staff is poorly trained and struggling with the computer. When I needed to stay a few days extra they made me move but the old site was never occupied. Sites are as tight as possible. Don't park your care before your RV or you will have a tough time pulling in. In some sites the highway noise is intolerable. Stay away from the high numbers. It appears to be on fill land and is surrounded by a polluted river and swamps so the bugs are terrible. Worst of all it is in an industrial area surrounded by refineries and chemical plants. Stay away if you have breathing problems or don't like the smell of pollution. North Salt Lake appears to be an environmental disaster.
Park is in a run down former naval base surrounded by buildings in need of paint and repair. Many sites are on the water and the rest have water views. Grounds are not well maintained and the place has the feel of financial woes. Ok but expensive for an overnight after the ferry ride, but certainly not a vacation spot.
Small, a bit cramped, but very clean and well maintained. Lots of trees and gardens. Staff very nice. Many beautiful chain saw carvings on display. Owners have done a great job given the physical limitations of the grounds.
We stayed for 2 months. Rate is monthly divided by 31. I agree with most reviewers. Park is well maintained and clean although some long term units are well past their prime. Staff was inconsistent, nice some days, cold others. Required background check for monthly campers is expensive ,$60 for my wife and I, and annoying. It's also of questionable value as I had the first theft in 40 years of camping while here. That experience was enough to make me hesitant to return. I assume there have been past problems and the background check is an attempt to control them.
