This was a great place to stay. There are several long term residents that are friendly. The place is concrete and level with a nice view of the man made lake. Checking in after hours can be a little tricky because the office closes at 5pm with no on-site, after hours help. This place caters to the Texas Medical Center.
Great owner, close to historical downtown and just around the corner from Ft. Davis National Historic site. Nice wide, backin spots with several day pull-through slots. There were some tent sites also. The only negative is the sites and parking were all dirt. Dog owners be aware of random loose dogs through out the town.
The caverns are a wonderful sight to see but the parking for a pull-through site is a little tight. The gravel/pavement is fairly level and the hooks (water and electric) are fairly easy to access. This is a nice place for overnight stay, but nothing long term.
