This park has become an amazing, beautiful. well run park. The pull thru sites are easy to get into with long pads. Each site has full hookups including cable. The showers are extra clean and plenty of room to set out your clothes, enjoy a shower and dry off. Only 1 shower in the men's room. The main road to the sites is asphalt with the side rooms asphalt. Plenty of room for slide outs and a wooden picnic table at each site. No trees yet so hooking up the dish or direct tv is a snap. I gave a 9 as only the first 8 or so pads are cement and the rest gravel. I had a gravel site but didn't have to use any blocks to level. Another great park to stay during your travels up and down Highway 101 in Oregon.
Great park for an over night or several days with good, clean sites which are a bit tight between sites. Had an easy back in site with a cement patio. The traffic lanes are wide and gravel with plenty of room to maneuver a 30ft 5th wheel and the 40' RV that was with us. We (4 rigs) were met with a couple of men that told us they would take us to our sites, we should set up and then come up to the office to check in. I gave this an 8 as the shower and rest rooms were not used nor checked plus the closeness of the sites. Would recommend this park to anyone using Highway 101 in Oregon coast travels.
Once again, our stay at this park was outstanding. From the fast check-in to the time we left after 4 days, everything was great. We stayed at this park with 5 other rigs and were all in the same row. The pads were cement and level with plenty of room to maneuver the largest RVs. The grass was cut and trimmed. The showers were clean, well stocked and the water hot. If you're in the McMinnville area and need a place to stay, this is the one. It is within walking distance of the air museum and the water slide with the movie theater in between.
This is a great park to stay if you want solitude and quiet. Only 16 RV sites which are pretty much level and easy to get into. Full hook up except no cable TV or Wi-Fi since you're in the woods. The showers are pretty good, but this year the mens toilets needed repairs. This park is an extension of the main resort located about a mile away. Full access to the amenities at the resort, but you need to drive. The road through the park is used by people either renting the condos or living in them located above the sites so a lot of dust is kicked up when they fail to slow down. For peace and quiet without the amenities of an RV park, try this place. $25 a night is pretty good.
This park has to be at the top of the chart for clean everything, including the grounds. It has it all and I would recommend this park to anyone and everyone. The showers were clean and spacious and the entire men room was in good shape. The roads were wide and no problem with my truck and 30ft 5th wheel to make the turns and park. Being close to the air museum was a plus as we walked to the place within 10 mins or less. 1 person complained of airplane noise but there were only a couple of planes during the day. Excellent park to just kick back and take it easy..
Good park with hedges separating the sites. Older park which has been upgraded a bit to support the larger RVs. Roads gravel and sites almost level. Showers older, but clean and water hot. A bit tight when turning the roads inside the park with your trailer or MH. Very quiet and the hosts friendly. Would recommend this park when in the Florence area.
This park is clean, well maintained and just an excellent place to spend a night or 2 or 3. Close to Quincy and the stores and is quiet. Only reason for an 8 is the bumpy roads (due to tree roots I believe) and the .25cents for 5 min's showers. New owners who bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. Try it you will like it.
This park is listed as a 4 star with Woodalls but this is way misleading. If I was a member in the Coast to Coast resort club and I stopped here, I would have to cancel or just plain raise hell. Pros of this park: beautiful place, pleasant people at check in and quiet with a great pool. Cons: 1: all uneven and unlevel sites, I used 3 orange blocks to get level front to rear and still didn't make it. 2: most of the drive thrus had heavy rain runoff damage (ruts) 3: the lady at check in was pleasant but she had no idea where the sites were and which direction we had to pull into them. 4: all of the resort buildings snack shack etc were closed and none had any idea where we could get the miniature golf clubs/balls or the other sport equipment. That is enough cons with several more left. The only reason I would stay at this park again is the passport price and if the owners drop that, shame on them. Seems the membership has dropped and the revenue isn't coming in. The men shower room was so ugly and there was a single fan standing on a chair to cool the place.
This is a great park with wonderful, friendly people at check in. Sites are large and easy to get in and out, pads are level, and the park is clean. You can drive to all the major attractions with little or no trouble and we enjoyed Mitchell very much. The rate is great, and I gave this park a 9 only due to the closeness of the off ramp from I-90 and train tracks behind the park. Try it, you will love this place.
What a beautiful, well kept park. Easy to get into and room to manuever your rig. Friendly people and they offered an ice cream social with 2 scoops of ice cream for a dollar. You cannot beat that. Green grass, lots of trees and just a wonderful place to stop over or make it several nights. When using I-90 or I-25 or coming/going to Yellowstone, make this a stop over. You won't be sorry.
A beautiful, well kept park with gravel driveways and pads but level with no problem in backing in, they had someone helping if needed. Close to everything and a nice drive up to Yellowstone. We stayed 5 days and had a great experience with the people running the park. If you need a place in Cody to spend a night or several nights, this is the place.
This park is a big big ripoff. For your $62 you get almost nothing but a place to park your rig and the closeness of Jackson city. WI-FI? your kidding as it costs $2.00 a day and you need to walk up to the check-in booth to use it. You can go to the main lobby of the hotel and use it for free but its a good walk. Your pad is gravel with uncut grass on both sides. The roads are just dirt with large puddles and mud after it rains, which it did a couple of times for us. The dogs should go to a small area to be walked. The entrance to the park is hidden and i missed the driveway and had to turn around. The exit is to a small street and with any size rig you better have a lookout so you don't hit any parked cars. You have access to the pool and hot tub if you wish to walk about 5 mins or so to the main lobby. Why does it cost so much? Because its the only park near to Jackson and you don't have a choice so just figure on paying the price and enjoy the visit. I don't plan on returning but if i did, i would stay at this park only because there is no other choice. I rated it a high rating of 5 due to the convinced of the city.
This is a great park to spend a night or two. Has cement pads, easy hookups, great cable TV but I didn't try the WiFi. If you going to travel on highway 50 east, this is a wonderful park to stay. If your headed east/west on I-80, you have to travel about 4 miles from the exit and then back to continue your travels, but this park is worth the short drive. Consider this as a great park to spend a night.
Once again, just an a great RV park to use after a long day on I-5. Friendly ladies at check in, fast and easy and very easy drive to your site. Long pads and a bit close to each other but enough room to relax. We use this park when going to or from the Oregon coast. The rate is for using CampClub. Would recommend this park to everyone on I-5 that needs a good night's rest. No movie the night we were here. Free popcorn in the office.
What a great, well maintained and just plain outstanding park. Has gravel pads, but level and plenty of room to enter and leave. The front counter person (female) was just so friendly and helpful. She gave directions back to I-5 which avoided the city crowded roads and was right on the spot. The reason for the 9 rating was the shower rooms. They could use some bath mats to help prevent clothes from dragging on the wet floor when getting dressed or undressed. My pants got a bit damp since the shower sprayed the floor. Absolutely recommend this park to anyone coming into the Silverton area.
A great stay at a great park. This park is well maintained and a pleasure to walk around. Upon arrival, the front desk had the reservation forms of all 7 of the rigs in our group ready to sign and pay. The park has all pull through sites and is easy to park for even the biggest of RVs. Oranges are in season and free for the picking. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. Great park for a night's rest. Have stayed several times between going and coming from Arizona, Colorado and points east. Make this a stopover if you can.
Beginning with the first contact, to the time we left, this park was outstanding. There were 7 rigs in our group and they had all of us pre-registered and ready to sign-in when we arrived. We used Campclub discounts and the rate was $15 per night. Electric usage was a separate bill, but after 5 nights my electric bill was $8.00. A great bargain. The restrooms and showers were clean and well maintained, however they could use a bit of upgrading and maybe some fresh paint. The grounds were immaculate and the view of the desert and mountains was outstanding. The peace and quiet was worth the short drives to Sierra Vista, Tombstone and the caverns. Outstanding value and great people running this park. We shall return without any hesitation.
Just a great park. Lots of room to park the rig and lots of room to just wander around the park. Excellent check-in people and the rest rooms were protected by putting up a refundable $5.00 upon return of the key. Very large store and gas/diesel pumps on the property so you didn't have to drive around town for fuel. Easy in and out access: would rate a 10 but didn't use the shower or rest rooms. This is a great park to stay the night.
A very nice park: welcomed us with open arms and treated us very nice. The sites are a bit small for todays 30+ft rigs, and with 2 rigs having to be backed into a spot next to the river, it was a tight fit. The pull-through sites are very close together, and when the awning was pulled out, it over-hanged the neighbor's awning (good thing we were all together). Very easy walk to town and easy drive to a lot of sights in the area. The owners/managers of the park seemed to think that allowing their very young kids to ride round and round on a quadrunner during the evening hours was ok. Gathered around the fire trying to talk and have fun was interrupted by this quadrunner going back and forth for an hour or so. Even during the day, these very young people were allowed to drive a motor vehicle inside the park. This is unacceptable after paying a premium price to stay here. Yes, I and my group would be happy to stay here: just keep the youngsters off the motorized vehicles.
What a beautiful park. We had 6 rigs and the parking to register was not large enough for us all. The check-in person told us our site numbers and to go and park and return later to register. What a great way to treat your clients. Got some beautiful pics of the train as it came through. Didn't use the facilities so I only graded a 9. Exceptional place to stay in Durango and the free trolley makes it even better. No hassle parking downtown. If in Durango stay here: almost like being at home.
The staff was excellent and helpful. We had 6 trailers and got checked in with no problems. We had reservations but the office had no knowledge of them because the Vegas office didn't notify this campground. Biggest problem is the shower facilities which has no changing room when you get ready to shower. You take your clothes off and leave them in the main hallway with no control over them, anyone coming in can see you 'stark nekkid' and the only cover is the shower curtain when your in the shower. This is not acceptable. The park was clean, well kept and in great condition. We would recommend this park and return. Please get some better shower change rooms.
This park has gone downhill from previous years. The new corporation has let the RV park go without any care. No green grass, the 50amp plug was covered with cobwebs and didn't appear usable, the "fast high speed Wi-Fi" was almost non working and the office called twice to have the server reset. I lost connection with the net so often I just stopped using it. The ladies restroom door wouldn't open and when someone came to fix the lock, they simply did something to keep the door from locking and it was open to the public after that. The restrooms are in need of some paint and remodeling. As an employee told me, the corporation instructed them to let the park go and do only the maintenance needed to keep it open. They are doing that very well. Because of the location to the beach and the ease of parking the trailer, I would return but for the nightly rate of $35.00, I get the feeling of being robbed. Lower the cost to $20 or so or spend some money to upgrade. There is no supervision or host at the park so anything goes and anyone can come in at any time. It is quiet after 10pm but usually the RVers are older and retired people or campers with experience and know the rules. If the corporation would spend some money and fix the restrooms, plant some grass and do a bit of upkeep, this would be a great park again, like it was several years ago.
Always clean, green lawn, everything in good working order. Have stayed here several times and the people bend over backwards to help you in anyway possible. If you don't want sewer or cable, pay less money and stay on the grass in the tent area. Quiet and almost by yourself. This was an overnight stay and a disconnect was not necessary.this is an excellent park to stay in just for overnight or spend a couple days and visit the klamath river and points of interest.
