Price paid reflects KOA discount. We stayed here one night and it is one of the nicest KOA's we've stayed at. The sites are very wide and long, plenty of nice trees, and a great fire pit. We didn't use the restrooms so we can't comment on them. The WiFi was strong and fast. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here 3 nights in order to visit NYC. It's definitely urban camping, but with water, electric and a dump station (or a honey pot if you need emptied at your site) what else do you need? Very convenient transportation to the city via the NY Waterway and/or the PATH train. Very helpful staff. The tour company New York Tours will pick you up right at the RV Park. We would definitely stay here again.
This is a great RV resort. All the roads are paved as are the individual sites. Helpful staff, lots of cable channels, super fast free WI-FI, a beautiful swimming pool and outstanding landscaping. There are several dog walk stations throughout the park with scoopers, doggy bags and trashcans provided. Short drive to the beach and casinos. The owners of this resort obviously take pride in their property.
We paid for 2 nights but left after staying only one. Office was not yet open when we left and we didn't care about getting a refund. This RV park is listed in Woodall's directory and I certainly wonder why. Extra charge if you use your AC. The RV park's website and their listing states that 4 TV stations can be picked up, but we couldn't get any stations off of our antenna. It is tranquil with lots of trees, but the sites are rutted and un-level, the WIFI is available only at the laundry (and we couldn't get it to connect there)and the road up to the RV park is very narrow and winding. This is a large property that has allot of potential, but clearly needs money put into it. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. If you need a level site, WIFI and TV, best to stay elsewhere.
While this KOA is right off of I-25, it is a very nice, well maintained park. Yes, it does have gravel roads, but most folks drove slow and we didn't have any problem with dust. We had a premium site that fronts the creek. Huge concrete patio, grill, chimnea, patio table and 4 chairs. Strong WIFI and lots of cable channels. Very convenient to shopping and sightseeing. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
We originally planned to stay here one night on our way to Canada, but ended up staying 2 nights because the park was so nice. There's an easy trail down to the Cut Bank River where they keep it mowed so that you have easy access to the river. My husband really enjoyed fly fishing here. This is a very clean, well maintained park. The restrooms were very clean, the pull through sites were long and flat, the views are first-rate, easy river access, free Wi-Fi and free cable (60+ channels). We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed here 3 nights. This park has a nice pool, laundry, free Wi-Fi, dog walk area and organized activities. It is south of Venice on US 41. The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. We would stay here again.
We stayed here 12 nights in March. We found the park to be just fine. Yes, there are trees, but we didn't have any problem getting into our site with a 36' MH and trees provide shade. I didn't notice any flea or bug problems. We have dogs with us and they did not get any fleas. The park is right on US 19, which makes it convenient to many things in the area. You wouldn't even know you are on a main drag. We hardly noticed the road noise. The cable TV comes through just fine and there is an extra charge for it. Perhaps the reason the previous poster had fuzzy reception is that they didn't pay for it. There is free Wifi with a very strong signal, nice pool, lots of planned activities, very reasonable rates. This is generally clean park with nice staff. We would definitely stay here again.
