This is a nice, clean park. There is a nice grassy area for kids to play and a small swing set thing. The concrete *patio* is pretty small as is the grass strip. We paid for a month but only stayed for 2 weeks. The reason? Cost is much less than a month and didn't pay additional for electric, although we would have had to if we stayed longer. The rate listed reflects the average cost. I have stayed here before and will again.
This is an overnight stay only. It's basically a gravel lot with a few trees and full hookups. It's right on the highway so there is some noise. This is first come, first served. Find a site and then go to the front desk to pay. We got here mid-afternoon. Not many pull thru spaced left at 6pm. Now for the good side. The front desk is very nice and friendly. We got two coupons for free margaritas. You can eat in the bar. We would stay again as a stopover.
Most of the comments are right on. This is a great overnight park. It's right on the highway but since we didn't go outside I don't know if there was noise. I didn't hear any. Owner was very friendly and helpful. She walked us out to the site to see if we liked it. The sited are about 24' wide, and at first glance seemed a bit short. She explained they were designed to accommodate any length rig. The road is very wide and you are expected to adjust your rig to fit where you need it (for utilities). While you appear to hanging out in the road (because the grass divider is short) you aren't. A little disconcerting but it worked. The sites and roads are gravel. The laundry and showers were clean. The Wi-Fi worked. If this park were paved and had more grass I would rate it higher.
This is a nice campground. It has paved streets and sites. We were escorted to our site and maneuvering was easy. It has a camp store for those things you forgot. The Wi-Fi worked well. I would stay here again.
A very nice campground with paved streets with level gravel sites. The entrance is over a very narrow bridge but just go slow and you will be fine. We were escorted to the site which was level, roomy and the gravel was large enough that it didn’t track into the rig. The street side had a couple of large trees so no one could park too close (site 49). There is an adult play area (putting green and horseshoes, etc.) inside a fence. The water connection contained a lot of particulates so we used Brita water for cooking and drank bottled water. I could hear nearby trains but didn’t find them a problem. I will definitely return.
Napa doesn’t have many (if any) RV parks that will accommodate the 40 footers, but this one will. It has apparently been remodeled in the last couple of years, turning a dirt lot into a very quiet, pleasant park. You will find paved roads, extra wide, concrete pads and a grassy space between sites. It's easy to maneuver in the park, but be sure to approach it from the north on Silverado Trail as there is a pole in the entrance that would be extremely difficult, if not impossible for the big rigs. The laundry is small but appeared clean. I didn’t check the restrooms. You will get satellite, but they don’t have Wi-Fi. Our data card worked.
A delightful place. A blue heron fishes all day long. Motorhome nose-in sites are right on the river. Back sites are not on the river. Level wide concrete sites. There is not a city nearby for supplies so be sure to bring enough food. There is nothing *civilized* to do, but that is not what one would come out here for. This is a quiet place. Be aware there is no cell service out here but your satellite will work well. Wi-Fi is available but slow. Immaculate restrooms with murals and shampoo. A restaurant on site is a plus. (Breakfast all day long). Hosts came out to meet us as we drove in. Overall, a nice place but I felt a bit pricey. Rated a 9 because no pool.
This is a top notch resort. A pet wash area ($) is avaiable. Also, rig washing is allowed onsite. The laundry and showers were immaculate. There are sites along the river as well as facing the ponds with fountains but the ponds are quite close to the freeway. There is a lovely path along the river. The pool and club house are beautiful. The sites are very roomy and there is an escort to your site. Everything is grass and concrete. We were requested not to stab yard decorations in the ground because of the sprinkler system. We expessed concern about ants and other critters and they came right out and sprayed "just in case." If you don't have a tow car, grocery shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The only drawback: this place is right on the freeway. The noise is somewhat noticable but certainly doesn't stop normal conversation.
