I can reiterate what the recent reviewers have mentioned. Good stopover or base to explore the Tetons from. Right on the Green River so, you can walk over and try your luck fishing. The camp hosts are awesome people! The Verizon cell service is very good. Plenty of space between the level pull through sites. It's a bit of a drive to get provisions so, load up before you get there. We camped here for five days.
The person at the registration was very friendly and helpful in pointing out local attractions. She then told us that if the RV parked next to our assigned site was using the 50 amp plug on the shared post she could lend us an adapter for the 30 amp. We lucked out that the 50 amp was available because the temps were to be in the high 90’s and we wanted to be able to run both of our ACs. We discovered after our first day that there are no dump facilities at this campground. I guess that I should have read the older reviews about that. Naturally, their website makes no mention. There are no pull through sites so, if you’re looking to use this as an overnight stopover you’ll have to back in and unhitch because the sites are just big enough to get our 40’ motor home in. The scenery and proximity to Register Cliff are nice extras. Did not use the restrooms and we had very good Verizon reception. Apparently, they don’t enforce the pets on leash rule as there were several dogs running loose the three days we spent here.
I can echo what the previous reviewers had stated. The sites are well maintained and spacious. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed visiting with the few seasonal RVers that spend the summer here. They even brought us some wood, and we shared a campfire a couple nights. They have just installed Wi-Fi and it worked very well. However, our Verizon cell phone would not work unless you walked to the top of the hill nearby. Had reservations for three nights at the Passport rate and wished that we could've stayed longer. We would definitely come back here again!
Very nice park especially for the price. The $12/night reflects the Passport America discount that we received. Lots of in park activities. Two heated pools and Jacuzzi. Excellent Wi-Fi, Verizon, and plenty of antenna TV stations. The staff is friendly. Very nice dog park with a small pond in the center. The owners have poured a lot of money into refurbishing and it shows.
Very scenic campground with views of the lake. Paved sites with fire pits and covered picnic tables. Our site was spacious and level. However, as others have posted, some can be a challenge for larger rigs. The showers could use some more attention and cleaning. No benches or mirrors for shaving.
