We stayed here three nights while visiting friends in the area. We stayed in one of the perimeter pull through sites that was tight and overgrown with shrubs and vines. There was an electrical problem at our site that was handled pretty quickly, after I was able to convince them there was a problem. They have many ducks for pets, that do what ducks do, all over the sidewalk in front of the office (watch your step). A major concern on our last day was some people shooting a pistol into a very low bank. I don't have a problem with the shooting, but it was just across the road and directly in line with the park. The owner called the sheriff, who said he couldn't do anything because it was in the county (hard to believe). The location was convenient, and the warehouse stores next door were fun.

Big, wide open park. No frills but a good place for a night or two. The lady in the office was very nice and helpful.

We've stayed here before and not much has changed. Wi-Fi and cable worked fine. The park is clean and the staff is friendly. The dog runs are nice but inconsiderate pet owners are still not picking up after their dogs. Our space was unlevel with large ruts running across it (looked like small drainage ditches). We had planned to stay a week but had to leave after four days. They gladly gave us a credit for unused days. The rates are higher than the last time we stayed and reflect the weekly rate. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for two weeks to take care of family business in Houston. The park was nice enough, clean with a lot of shade trees. This is an older park with mostly permanent residents. The spaces are very, very tight. We could not walk around our RV without walking in our neighbors space. The sewer hookup was elevated about 10 inches above ground and very hard to use. The Wi-Fi was mostly non-existent. We might stay here again in a pinch. The nightly rate reflect is weekly.

OK for overnight but nothing special. The cafe was closed, the lady in the office said they were moving. No WiFi, she said they were having problems with it. They appear to have a lot of permanent residents, but not too trashy. The lady in the office was nice, we didn't see any other staff. We might stay here again

This was our second stay at this park in less than a month. The park is beautiful, and the owner and staff are great. The few things that kept us from giving this park a 10 are washer & dryers not good, spaces very tight, and location of park was a little inconvenient, but these were minor issues. The biggest problem was their screwy reservation policy. To stay here for 1 month we would have had to move to 4 different sites. It made no sense, and we moved to the national forest and dry camped for a week. Our first stay was 10 days, the second was 9 days. We did enjoy our stay(s) and we would stay here again.

Nice park, good for a short stay. Spaces are tight, and the lay out is weird with neighbor's hookups at your front door. Staff was very nice and helpful. We did stay here on our way home 3 weeks later.

Nice, clean park. Great place for a short stay, with some great views. The owner was great. We had a tire problem and he went out of his way to help and it was on a Sunday. Sites are good sized and level. Park is easy in and out and close to Hwy. We would stay here again.

Very nice park and a great staff. The Wi-Fi worked well and the cable TV was a plus (too many trees for satellite). All the facilities were spotless and the pool was very nice. The only negative, the signage at the entrance should be more visible and the entrance road was a little rough. Overall a great stay, we will be back. The rate was based on monthly rate.

The park is convenient and clean. The spaces are very, very tight. There was an electrical transformer in our space, making things even more challenging. The folks were nice enough. We might stay here again but need a better site. The rate is based on a weekly rate.

Because of our rig (5th wheel & 13' BBQ pit) we need an easily accessible site. Not a problem here, they gave us a very good spot up front. A little noisy early in the morning but not much of a problem. The two pools were great. We used the adult pool until our grandkids came out, then the family pool. The two dog runs were more like dog parks and were very nice. The staff was friendly. The few problems, poor lighting up front at night (street lights were out), not very good Wi-Fi and pet owners not picking up after their pets, won't keep us from staying here again. We will be back

We were here to take care of business. We did not experience the same treatment as some others, and we expected it. The folks running the place are not from Texas and run a (very) tight ship. Everyone we dealt with was nice enough and all the facilities were spotless and the pool was very nice. The spots are very tight but we had good shade. The monthly rate is quite reasonable and we will stay here again.

This is an older park but with a lot of work going on. The current owners have been here about 1-1/2 years and are working hard to update. The sites are tight but adequate and clean. The park was quiet except for a few early morning folks headed to work. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The park is convenient to San Antonio but a little out of the way. We had a nice shaded spot. We will stay here again. The price was based on a weekly rate.

Clean, friendly bare bones park. They are not on a lake. They do have a small pond. Good park for a couple of days.

Older park and could use some work on sites and facilities. Park was clean and the staff was very friendly.

We only stayed here 1 day and never saw anyone working at the park. The lady was nice on the phone and gave us a choice of several sites. Nothing special, but a good spot for a night or two.

A very pleasant stay. We had some special requests and they acted like it was an everyday occurrence. The owners and staff are the most friendly people we've met in a long time. The rate was based on a weekly rate. We will stay here again.
