This is a excelent park in Arizona, the only complaint is that when you spend the winter months there it tends to be a bit cliqueish, so if you are not in a group of friends it is hard to make them there, groups tend to come together and stay that way with no outsiders let in. Park is well run but very big and sometimes activities seem a bit crowed. This is a 55 plus park.
Very nicely kept up and grassy with lots of nice trees. Owners very friendly and helpful, treat guests like family. We have stayed here many times for a month or longer. Close to large mall but still has a quiet country atmosphere.
We would not recommend this RV park to anyone because of the harsh rules that are simply ridiculous. We could not even have friends or family come out for dinner because of the 7:30 pm rule that all guests leave the park. I sure don't see how anyone could say this is a family park . It is a shame because the park is quite nice just needs different management and fewer rules.
