Maneuvering into these sites can be a challenge for big rigs. The assigned sites are long enough, but some tight turns and vehicles that "hang over" into the driveway can make maneuvering difficult. But the people were very friendly and welcoming. we will probably stay here again.

This park has "gone to the dogs" literally! It is frustrating to us when a park has a printed set of rules regarding pets, and then does not make their lot owners/guests follow them. The printed rules stated "limit of 2 pets per site," yet there were several owners/guests with 3, and some even had 4! The "do not leave pets unattended" rule was ignored also, and dogs were left to continually bark while their owners were away. Not being pet owners ourselves, we really wished there were RV Parks in Oregon that were "pet free." We would love the peace and quiet! This park is pretty to look at with nice lawns and some ocean views, but the nuisance of the dogs may keep us from coming back.

Although this park overlooks a beautiful golf course and many other folks have rated this a 10, we definitely had some issues with it. Although it had the standard pet policies stating that pets must be on leashes, clean up after your pet, no unattended pets etc., our site had numerous piles of dog waste in the grass and dead spots everywhere from their urination. The people in the spot next to us had two dogs that were never on leashes and roamed the other site's grassy areas and the rough of the golf course doing their business anywhere they pleased. There were 2 areas designated for pets to relieve themselves and we never saw anyone take their pets into them the whole time we were here. Perhaps it is because the interior roads are nice and wide that most people totally ignored the 10 mph posted speed limit and raced through as though they were late for an appointment. We have never been able to understand why parks will post rules and then not enforce them. A nice view doesn't make up for a lot of irritations. We will only stay here again if we can find no other place available.

This is one of the cleanest, most well cared for parks we have stayed at. Owners were very friendly and helpful. The lawns were well manicured and the large gazebo contained 4 clean barbecues for the guests to use. It was very quiet and we will definitely stay there again.

This is an owner park that is clean and nicely landscaped but it did have its down sides. The owners have definite cliques and aren't very welcoming to the guests. Almost everyone had one or two dogs and many owners do not control their barking. The park also seems to have become a haven for ATVers who continually drive around the park in their noisy rigs. We probably will not come back here.

This is a beautiful park that is nicely laid out with large manicured spaces with beautiful landscaping. The only disappointment was the noise from the airport and apparent disregard by some of the owners regarding their barking dogs.

This is a nice park with views of a marina on one side and the river on the other side. However, be prepared for lots of barking dogs and lots of ATV's going in and out. There are posted rules for keeping dogs quiet, and for not starting and running ATV's inside the park, but they do not enforce them. Not enforcing the rules may keep some people from wanting to come back.
