This park has good maintenance, pool and club house are nice. Centrally located- a few minutes from downtown Asheville. Lots are spacious and in some spots there is good view of the mountains which surrounds Asheville.

Tight spaces, cars park on roads make it hard to maneuver. Only one combo washer/dryer operated through the office only, which is closed most of the time. Rude, unfriendly management.
