Park gets high marks for good maintenance and great friendly staff. Sites are packed dirt between the orange trees which you can pick to your heart's content when there is fruit. This is a great overnight park, easy on & off the freeway, tho not my idea of a destination park.
This is an owner park, i.e. you can purchase a lot, but lots are rented also. Park is beautiful and meticulously maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of activities during the fall to spring season when park is the fullest. Best are the "shoulder" seasons after summer heat is gone but before Thanksgiving, and from March till it gets hot for summer. Spaces are large, mostly back-in, with large concrete pad for rig & patio. Highly social atmosphere if you care to introduce yourself. Putting course for golfers. New Phase 3 nearing completion for 406 lots total.
Park gets half credit because, although park is clean and new, spaces are small and management has a constant bother on about the rules. Most important among rules are the myriad ways to chisel another buck out of you. I finally walked out & moved elsewhere when the manager could not give me a straight quote on a 28 day rent rate; she explained how if I rented for a month and left early that she had to refigure the rent rate to weekly and charge bed tax. It made my head spin. Also the spaces nearest the clubhouse (and WiFi) are "reserved" for pet owners, which we are not, even tho half were empty as we rolled out.
