Friendly, helpful check-in staff. Shady dirt, rock sites. Quiet area behind the motel. Good solid 50 amp service. Next door to a good Navajo and windtalker museum. Good place to stay for trip to Grand Canyon and other sites.
Immaculate park. Nice level grass sites. Plenty of space between units. Wide roads. Easy access and close to town. Owners gave complete information about area. Drove through other parks, this is best one in Haines. Would stay here again.
Beautiful, quiet, and shady park. Nice to see elk grazing among the RVs. Could be difficult for big rigs to navigate the loops. I scratched the side of my 36' rig with tree branches. Very efficient check-in process. Would stay here again.
Very cramped campground: I'm in a 36' motorhome and it was difficult to get into site. Drug the side of coach through a tree to enter site. The tow car is blocking drive behind the coach. Cable good, Wi-Fi is very good. Lots of workers staying here, not many overnight spaces available. Within walking distance of grocery store and fast food.
Very friendly owner. Nice paved roads and gravel sites. Nice trees and grass in sites, some sites had swings to sit in. Ice cream social every evening, great deal. A lot of workers on long term, but other than traffic, not a problem. Within walking distance of Quick Stop store and casino. Would stay here again.
Very few pull through sites, had to unhook towed to back in. Nice paved roads and gravel pads, lots of shade. Noisy street in front of campground, and a lot of interstate noise. Difficult park access. Quick Stop within walking distance.
