If you looked up, the view was of the beautiful mountains. If you looked directly out your window, you saw old run down mobile homes that residents lived in. Roads in the park were horrible. Large potholes that you could lose a small child in, were throughout the park. WiFi did not work anywhere in the park the entire 6 days we stayed. Staff just could not understand that. Would not stay here again.
Located next to water park, if you have children they would probably love it. Park was clean, new laundry and restroom facilities. Sites are basic gravel and not very level and had poor drainage. We had a thunder storm and our site was flooded. Stayed to see Calgary Stampede. Park provided shuttle service to and from Stampede twice daily.
Very friendly staff. Nice store and gift shop at park. Served all you can eat pancake breakfast for a small fee, every morning. Park is located next to industrial area and had no direct access to the river. You would have to walk outside the park to access the river. Older park but well maintained.
Interior roads are in extremely poor condition. Sites not very level. Can walk to Casino but it is all up hill, no shuttle service is provided. Park seems to have a neglected air about it. Cable available but mine was not working, not worth calling to deal with for the one night we stayed. Will not stay here again.
Newer park. Nice wide well paved roads. Sites were gravel but extremely level. Small patch of grass and picnic table provided. Good WiFi reception. Very clean laundry room. No shade but a newer park: the trees will grow. Would stay here again.
Nice big sites, surrounded by trees and brush that gave each site lots of privacy. Close walk to the Falls. Loved this campground. This is my second visit and I will definitely come again when visiting the area.
Nice friendly host. We were escorted by host to our site and he assisted my husband in backing into the site. The camp was clean and the river view site we had was under a large tree, which provided lovely shade to sit and watch the river roll by.
