Nice campground about 30 miles from Niagara Falls. Close to Lockport, and a lot to see. Park charges electricity deposit, but office is not open much, so we could not recover any of our deposit before we departed. Mosquitoes are big enough to carry small animals away.
We have stopped several nights at this location, and really enjoy the campground. People are friendly and the facility has all the amenities you need. They advertise as the longest pull thrus east of the Mississippi, and they are.
We have stayed at this park several times since it is so convenient to Disney. However, this last time the criminal element is hitting the campground. Folks that spend the winter there advised us that several bicycles had been stolen in broad daylight. This park has all the amenities, but needs some park security (in addition to the entry guard at night).
We spent four nights at this facility and really enjoyed it. The relatively new owners (Kevin, Dawn, & Will) are making major improvements. These folks are very friendly and I highly recommend this park. We will return.
