Spaces way too tight for a large 5th wheel, next to impossible to get into spots that are not on the end! Way overpriced to not have cable TV and the WIFI was very iffy. I will give them points for security, it was almost overdone. Too many junky permanent residents.

Best pet walk ever! Spotless park, the spots are gravel and groomed between each guest. Great morning breakfast, hotel style. Maybe a little tight, but we had a deluxe end spot. We will be back again next time we are in Las Cruces.

Bare bones, but the only place in Vicksburg with enough room for a 40 foot 5th wheel to pull in safely. Very nice owners and close to all of the casino action. Pet friendly. Beware, though, a beacon from the airport across the street flashes into the bedroom window all night, if you are close to the main street. The entrance is tough if you are going south, you have to do a U-turn to get into it and it can be tricky with a large RV.

Expensive, but not out of the norm for an area by Disneyland. If you have pets, this is the only place that I would recommend in the area. They are very pet friendly and that is why we always go back to their park. Sites are pretty narrow and there are far too many picnic tables sitting around. Very large laundry room. A guard watches the park nightly in his golf cart during the hours that the office is closed. if Disneyland has fireworks, you get a front row look at them. There is a school next door, but it seemed pretty quiet for a large metro area. We have been there twice and will go back when business takes us back to the LA area.

Loved this RV park! It is a jewel, and seems to be pretty much a hidden treasure. Very few RVs were there. It needs more customers, I want to be able to make that our home base when we are in the Panhandle next year, as well. Free everything, laundry, wifi, cable TV, clean and tidy and long drive through spots. Just beyond the infamous "Cadillac Ranch" on I40 just west of Amarillo. Nice and warm, clean showers. Just watch out for the wind, it can be rather strong at times.

Very nice RV park in the country. The owner was very nice and even made a trip to tell us thanks and goodbye when we left. It is a no nonsense place, just outside of the gates for McGee Creek State Park in the Atoka OK area. We were there to visit relatives, so we didn't spend much time at the campground, but it was really nice and the view of the pollution free night sky was spectacular. It is very out of the mainstream, but I would highly recommend this small park to anyone who might be in this area. It is actually closer to Antlers, but it has an Atoka address. We will go back every time we visit our family in that area.

We had a deluxe site. Bathrooms were spotless. Love the view of the Mandalay Bay and the Luxor from the park. Great dog walk areas. Best park in the country, as far as I am concerned. Very good security and a guard gate at the entrance. I did take one point off for very expensive wi-fi. We used our cell modems and got excellent results. Beware, the Silverton shuttle will pick you up, but will NOT bring you back to the Oasis! I found out the hard way and had to take a cab from the mall back to the park!

This is one of the top three RV parks in the country to me. I love Williams and it is a good bet that it will snow when we are there in January/February yearly. Level sites, not muddy, very clean laundry, very close to everything in town. I actually pray to be snowed in here to get to stay longer! Will be back as long as our business takes us to the West Coast yearly.

I wish that I could give this park 100! Seriously, it was wonderful. New, not overgrown and had a resort feel. It is very quiet, even though it is just 2 blocks off of the parkway. I can not think of one thing that wasn't perfect. Pigeon Forge was bumper to bumper and this was a sanctuary around mass chaos. We will be back for sure and soon! Loved, loved, loved this little place. We stayed and traveled to Knoxville for a ball game, very short drive on 441.

A great convent clean place to stay in the Birmingham area. We go up there quite often for weekends. There are dozens of places to eat and shop within 5 minutes of the park. It is pretty much just a place to stay, unless you are going to a Birmingham Barons baseball game. Regions Park is part of the same complex. Large spots, 50 amp and a great cable TV hookup. Ultra modern and clean and in a very upscale part of Hoover.

This was one of the best camping trips that we have ever taken. We had a spot on the lake, just across the lake from the pavilion and the beach. The beach is a short 5 minute bike ride, or 10 minute walk from the western side of the campground. Very large sites, we have a 40 foot 5th wheel with 4 slides and had plenty of move-around space. The park is still recovering from the devastating hurricanes, but the greenery is coming back fast this summer. Going back in August for two weeks, can't wait. We never found the WIFI, but the cell modems worked out perfectly. Fast signal.

A nice park, with easy access to Twin Cities. It is rather difficult to find on the first visit, but not the park's fault, it is a city RV park. The facility was very clean and the staff would rank a 10 on friendliness. The full timer's spots were clean and their RVs were nice. A strong WIFI signal and a cable TV service that we only wished we had at home. Would be back for sure if we are even in the area again. Not too far from the Mall Of America and a light rail system to Twins game.

This is a nice park, a private park, with a state park feel. We were in a very wooded area, so we were not able to use our satellite dish and the local tv reception leaves a lot to be desired. The roads really need to be resurfaced and either be paved, or re-graveled. Too many kids driving around in rented golf carts on the weekends was also a drawback. I still would give it an 8 for it's cleanliness, pretty setting, great pool and playground and Frisbee golf. We would return if we are ever in the area again. We actually used it as our base camp for a business trip in Madison.

No WIFI, even though advertised! A muddy mess with grass sites. The so called 50 amp was 2 30 amp plugs, you need a special plug to use them. It is a back country park that we can not recommend. This is far from the KOA that the ads say was a President's award.

We did not like this park at all. It rained while we were there and the place was a muddy mess. They don't screen their guests and there are some pretty bad looking RVs there. Trees are way overgrown and there is only one bathhouse for a huge park. They have the market cornered in Edmonton, not much competition. Only real positive point, the WIFI was strong all the way to the back of the park. If they would invest in gravel to fix the roads, it would have gotten a higher rating. We stayed in the back new row, just in front of a totally trashy RV storage lot which was not fenced in.

Very nice park, a bit tricky to get into at first, though. The spots are a little too close together and the gravel needs to be smoothed out. However, this is a great place to stay! Very close to Osage Beach, which has great shopping and restaurants. There are riverside sites and they even have their own pier with fish cleaning facilities when campers bring their boats back to their RVs. I noticed a tent area with 7 sites at the back of the park, but I haven't driven down to look at it. They allow catfish fishing in the pond on the site as well. We are here now, our second visit and we will be back again, I am sure.

This new RV park is perfect in every way! Large pull-thrus( some 50 amp), strong WIFI and spotlessly clean. This is a new park, there isn't much shade yet, but not a drawback. They are unique in that they allow one tent per site as well at the RV. Back spots are just above the river. There is a great walking path at the river. This little village is a place I could easily call home. There is a really nice view on both sides of the park of a pretty hillside. We have business in Calgary and picked this park instead of one closer in. Check out the view of the Canadian Rockies going into town from highway one, priceless! You are able to take your pets off leash just out of the park as well. Highly recommend!!!

A very nice park, a perfect location and an improving wifi service. It has all of the amenities for all levels of camping. Tent, popups, travel trailers all the way to luxury coaches. We just left after a 10 day stay and felt at home while we were there. Old Town is like stepping back in time to the 50's and 60's and is a very short walk from the park. The supersites could be spaced apart a little better in the front part of the resort, but the sites by the lake looked very impressive. They also have some really nice cabins for rent. Would return again.

This is a nicer park than some of the ratings that I have seen. It is quiet, has a good strong (although costly) wifi connection and a great area for dog owners. There is a large fenced area for road weary dogs to run free and play...also a nice dog bath for our furbabies. My only complaint is that all of the rv sites are on grass. I think it could get muddy quite easily during a rainy season. The main roads are all paved. No cable tv and virtually no local channel reception are also drawbacks. It is quiet, even though it is close to the interstate. This is our second visit and we would return.

Very expensive! But a great little park between the inter-coastal waterway and the Gulf Of Mexico. The most friendly owners that I've ever seen at a park. We would definitely return and really hated to leave. Practically sitting on the Florida/Alabama line within an easy walk of the infamous FloraBama lounge ( even hurricane Ivan couldn't bring her down completely). The only drawback was the construction noise that started around 6AM on the high rise condo across the street.

This RV park is a real treasure! There are quite a few full timers here, with a few sites for overnighters as well. We had business in Boca Raton and decided to make the 45 mile drive just to be able to stay here. Our site is very large and immaculate! Juno Beach is still a small hamlet amidst all of the gigantic high rise condos that have taken over most of the beach areas in Florida. There is an easy walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The people here are very warm and friendly. The resort wasn't listed in Trailer Life for some reason, but was given 5* in Woodalls. Free WiFi and a very channel heavy cable are also pluses! I'd give the resort a 10++. We travel for business 9 months out of the year and this is only the second park that I've ever given a 10!

This is a very old RV park very close to downtown Mobile. There are some very old campers along with some permanent mobile homes in the park. The pull through sites near the front of the park are very large, some of the largest that we have seen. They advertise access to the Dog River and a pier, but I haven't checked them out. Heard that there were alligators in the area! A nice place to stay while visiting Mobile...very close to the major attractions and about an hour from Biloxi. Big drawback that I can see for families is there is no pool or play area that I've seen. Very good wifi connection.

It is basically a grassy, sandy field behind a flea market. The online ad lists it as a Good Sam Park, but it isn't. Also, it is listed as having wireless internet. It doesn't. It is located way out in the country. With all of the above said, it is fairly convenient to Colombia and there is very little else in the way of RV parks in the area. We stayed there while attending a USC ballgame. Many full timers who didn't keep their older units neat. One nice thing, even though the park is miles from town, there were some really good little local restaurants in the area.

Great for kids, not for adults. Very uneaven gravel pull thrus. We tried 4 spots before finding one that we could level up our 38 foot MH. It looked like it has some really great cabins, but they were expensive, just like the RV sites. We thought we could probably stay in a local hotel for just about the same cost. Next time we go to Mammoth, we will find another place to stay. The campground has so much potential, I just hope that the owners level up the sites, add more gravel and make the roads in the park more user friendly for large rigs. Like I said, kids will love this place, lots of things for them to do, but adults with large rigs, beware!!

We stay here so often, it feels like a second home. It is an aging RV park, but kept very clean. The staff is very friendly and does a good job of remembering customer who frequent the park. Of the three on Music Valley road, this is our favorite. I had to subtract two points for mostly back in sites and the noise from the bus barn beside the park. The smallest of the 3 parks, to us that is a plus. Not real muddy when it rains, either. Will be back in a few weeks!

This is an exceptional KOA, without a doubt one of the best in the chain that we've visited. The sites are on the narrow side, but level with a choice of several different hookup options. It is spotless, green grass and very well taken care of. Good WiFi and an owner who seems to really care about his customers. Great for tenters, cabin rentals and a couple of entire park trailers as well. Very easy access of of the interstate. If we are ever in this part of Ohio again, this will be our stop.

Parking lot with lines drawn. The full timers were very territorial and didn't like to see any new pets in the area. The only place for pets to go to the bathroom is outside of the park by a very busy street. If you like fireworks, you get a front row seat to the nightly fireworks from Disneyland. We must have been close to a hospital, we heard emergency vehicles constantly while there. Not a good camping experience at all, but it appears to be about all that is available in the area. Only plus was the WiFi was a strong signal.

The sites are very close together and fairly short. There are mostly full timers with park model trailers, but they keep them up well. Good Wify hookups, just about an average park in a farming community with asphalt sites and lots of green grass. We would stay again, if in the area.

Super RV park, very clean, great management as well. We had strong Wifi, a real asset since we were there on an extended business trip. No pet areas as such, but very pet friendly if you pick up after your dogs. Well kept with lots of grass and pretty flowers. The full time residents take pride in their spots and it really shows. There is a bit of airport noise, but not overwhelming. A good location for both Portland and the Colombia River attractions. This will be our 'home' whenever we are in Portland from now on!!!

The name fits, it is a run down looking old trailer park! Some fulltimers don't keep the area around their trailers clean, a dirty pet area on a busy street. I can't recommend the place, other than it's about all that is available in the Seattle area and it is very close to downtown. We are here now and I can't wait to leave. This is the first park that I have ever rated only a 1, I believe.

OK park, one of only two in the Seattle area that we could find, as a result, they are very expensive. It is still a good distance from town. They did have shuttle busses for Seattle tours. We had a supersite with good access to very clean pet runs. That was a plus. We also had instant phone hookups. However, the other sites seemed to be very narrow and we saw some awnings and slides getting over into the site next to them. As usual, this was another KOA advertising Wify and not having it available when we got to the park. Nice little souvenier shop and customer friendly check in area. I would pick this place over the other "parking lot" rv park in Seattle.

We saw that it was clean as we passed it on the interstate and turned around and stayed the night. A very clean RV park associated with a Super 8 Motel. Close to the highway, but not too much road noise. A super very large doggie run was very impressive. The view from the park was nice, showed off a beautiful part of our country. We would stay again the next time we passed through this area.

Super clean RV friendly park. A very nice place to stop along I40! A nice quiet area, off of the interstate. We have stopped several times in the past and will stop here again, I am very sure.

Clean campground that is showing it's age. Interstate noise wasn't a problem, but trains were loud. Escort helped us to our site, very friendly. Advertised WiFi, but as usual for KOA, it didn't work! We noticed some very nice tent sites and many kabins. We would stop again if we were in the area.

Trashy old KOA in a very unappealing area. Way overgrown and some really unkept RVs. I would stay here only if it was the only option! One nice selling point is Peggy Sue's Diner, just on the other side of the interstate.

OK park for the area, it has a 'state park' feel, very heavily wooded. For rustic campers, it is perfect. For RVers who want Wifi, phone and cable, not so good. In season, a steam locomotive runs beside the park and there is a very nice mountain stream as well. This is a remote area with only a couple of small restaurants, but perfect for someone who wants to get away from it all! Our cell phones didn't even have a signal anywhere in the area.

Clean sites, older KOA. Main drawback was the area where it was located in Amarillo. The area looked run down. Some noise from the airport, but not unbearable. I appreicated all of the signs posted to warn customers of potential bad weather in the area. Very comforting touch. There are nicer RV parks in this area, but it seems to be one of the most family friendly.

Nice clean stop along the way. Convient interstate access. Good WiFi connections. There were a couple of small lakes on the property. Very pet and family friendly. A well taken care of park. Would stop again, should we be in the area.

This is a very nice park, just across from the entrance to Mesa Verde National Park. It was very clean. The management was top of the line as well. They really care about the park and it shows. Super clean nice pool and 2 hot tubs. We had a pet emergency while there and they were very kind in letting us stay past checkout time. Since I can only think of good things about this facility, I have to give it the top score of 10! However, if you are sensitive to altitudes, beware, it is about 7,000 feet.

We stayed in the nicer side and were very pleased. It appears that the casino might have bought out and demolished some things that were originally along the road into the park. There was nothing but open spaces on both sides of the road leading into the casino and RV park. The views were priceless and the location perfect for our needs. We attended a game at Busch Stadium and were able to catch the train at the casino with no trouble at all. Excellent security as well. We would return on our next trip to the St. Louis area.
