At first we thought the sites were small, but after we drove through the other RV parks in Estes, we realized they were very spacious. Beautiful views in every direction! We will definitely stay here again. Great location near one entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Friendly staff. Good pet area for off leash playing. We didn't use the putt putt or the pool, but we saw other families enjoying them. Only two slight annoyances: there is no lock on the restroom, so anyone can walk in at any time. I would not have felt safe to send my teenage daughter in there alone at night. Also, in the laundry area, there were two dryers out of order. I read some reviews that complained about the dust, but I think that's just dependent on the weather (whether or not it's been a rainy time or dry time). Overall, it's a great place to stay in one of the most beautiful places in the world!
We camped at a very cold time, so there weren't many campers there. The listed price is $77 per night, but I feel like ours was cheaper than that due to being out of season. Bathrooms and showers were clean and heated, which was nice, as it was near 0 degrees while there. We had to unhook from water due to the freezing weather. Hosts were nice and helpful. Location is very close to many attractions.
Amazing! We had the site by the duck pond, and it was perfect. Although we stayed during a very cold time period, we still enjoyed it. Very clean bathrooms and showers, as well as heated! Pet and family friendly, close to town, but far enough away that we didn't hear any highway noise. Extremely friendly hosts! We would definitely stay here again, and we hope to be able to get that same site, which is perfect with a hammock and patio set.
We stayed here, along with friends who stayed in a nearby spot. We found the gate attendants to be friendly and helpful in locating a grocery store. We enjoyed the quiet, peaceful atmosphere, and the location is pretty. We thought it was very family- and pet-friendly. I read reviews about the bathrooms not being clean, but we did not find that to be the case. We would definitely camp here again.
