I wound up with a bad heart staying here. Neighbors next door let their animals roam and do it where ever they wanted. Their homes were full or yellow jackets and wasps which they migrated to my MH. Neighbor were up all night, making banging noises and scaring me to the point where I would fly thru the roof when woken up. Neighbors would walk by and taught you. Neighbors were constantly on my side of the MH doing repairs and leaving a mess for me to clean up. And lots of ducks walked by and went poop. I was given a 30 day notice when I had called the police one night at midnight. And then had a Heart Attack.

Yep, packed like sardines. OK for a couple of nights.

I am having electrical problems and currently use a makeshift electrical cord which wont do when it gets cold. Manager does not take care of sites. Up to tenants only.

Nice place. Only one draw back. You're next to I-5 and you will listen to cars and semis all night long.

Located on a corner next to a ma and pa's restaurant. Resembles a parking lot. Kind of depressing to look at.

Packed all year long. Lots of trailer trash here. No privacy. Keep your mace handy.
