We can't add much more to the kudos this lovely campground has already received. We just stayed one night but will be back next season. We had a beautiful spot on the river, surrounded by radiant fall colors. If you can, you must come the first part of October. The Chama River Valley is spectacular! The park is as nice as everyone says it is, the owners are great, the WI-FI worked. It's quiet and peaceful and beautiful.
Our first RV adventure ever was a stay in the Bonito Hollow RV Park. We had a great time and will return. We had a stream-side space with shade and plenty of room. This is a large spread out campground with friendly people, lots of shade and a big park-like space for walking the dogs. Very nice staff, they helped us back in and delivered some firewood. WI-FI was spotty, but with the beautiful location we didn't miss it. There is no local TV reception or cable, but there is a nice trail along the creek so who cares!
Our first visit to this campground and it won't be our last. The staff and owners are exceptional, the grounds are immaculate. We had our grandkids with us and they loved the pool, mini golf and especially the panning for gold. The lady who was in charge of the panning is a real jewel herself! Be sure to get a pizza, too!
